Today's a good a day as any for me so according to the wii fit last night im 11st 5 (im 5" 7) and aim to get to 10st.
Hi mumof4
Glad you have got an appointment.
I was thinking Friday for the weigh in to allow us chance to [STRIKE]overindulge[/STRIKE] be good as much as possible over the weekend when there might be takeaway/parties/weddings etc.
If you would like to weigh in on a Saturday that will be fine.
Just honing my spreadsheet now :rotfl:

Hi everyone! Chipping in with a pad of 10p (sorry
).
I haven't done any 'proper' exercise today as I'm still aching from this week- unfit!- but I did shift a load of furniture around earlier. Foodwise I had a bowl of special K from breakfast, a cheese bap with 2 slices of ham, olives and 3 gherkins for my lunch, and a nectarine mid afternoon. I am about to have fish fingers and hm wedges for my tea though, I'll keep it a small portion lol!
EE how do you know the calories so exact, do you have a book that you look it up in? I know some things you can read it on the packet but surely that depends on weight, I never weigh anything!
xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -
Pad of £15.00!
I'm not sure if posting what I eat here will shame me into eating less but I ate lot's of salad today to make myself sound like the perfect angel! :rotfl:
Breakfast - Slice of toast, cheese triange and of ham - half a litre of water and lot's of tea with skimmed milk
Lunch - Salad with a cut up pork chop (the chop had been in the freezer for months!) a cheese triange and a small banana. I only had the triangle because it stopped me eating crisps whilst my chop was cooking
Tea - Tomato pasta with salad
Snacks - a mouthful of leftover fishpie :rotfl:Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Well..... things like bread etc are on the back of the pack as you say.
The fruit was just a rough guide and I found that on t'internet somewhere.
The rest I guesstimated, things like half a pepper etc for the stir fry and worked out the calories from that. The noodles for the stir fry came in a pack split into portion sizes so that was easy also!!
I'm thinking that I might start weighing things - like for instance the butter/marg - the pack says 10g is 53 calories , I like mine spread all over so I guessed 30g over 2 pieces of toast.
There again it might be alot more so tomorrow if I have toast I will weigh my butter/marg

You don't need to count the cals on all veg. The only 4 that you need to count cals for are sweetcorn (but not baby corn) parsnips, peas and tatties - pretty much all other veg are calorie free :TStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Hi all. I have no PaD today, but can I pop in for tea and sympathy? I've fractured my toe and it bl00dy hurts. I tried to be a brave little soldier, but was still f-ing and blinging a whole hour and a half after smashing it so went to hospital. The painkillers they gave me have worn off now though, so I'm having to have wine (for medicinal purposes, you understand)Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

Ouch COMP - bless ya, that sounds really painful  Hope you feel a bit more comfortable soon x

Yes that is fine Angelic!
Hmm, yeah I guess - so I need to measure that as well? This calorie counting is hard work, if it was slimming world (which I have done before) it might be easier to measure?!?
I will have a think to see whether I should do calorie counting or slimming world.
