Yeah but on Daily Burn (the site I used to use and have now managed to find!!) even lettuce has a calorie content of 10 for 1 serving, the only thing that doesn't is cucumber although I am thinking that must have calories.
Guess Slimming World would be easier as all fruit and veg is free (obviously not fried though:rotfl:) and I can do points for the rest.
Hmmm - decisions, decisions!!

With WW, fruit is pointed but most veg isn't but I have to say that when I went to SS, all they did was promote eating leaves all the time whilst WW 'allows' you to pick and choose what you eat...I know which I prefer!Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Today I have eaten the following:
1.5 slices of medium toast, butter, 2 eggs (cooked with Frylight) and half a tin of beans - 643
Chicken flavoured Supernoodles - 198
Vegetarian Chicken Kiev, home made oven chips/sweet potato and salad - 784
Plus low fat squash which is virtually fat free!!
Total for today - 1729  What pushed up the tea was 1 teaspoon of mayo and 2 of salad cream - will have to get the low fat versions or not eat it at all
Good job I had nothing else!!
Tomorrow I will get my Slimming World books out and see how well I did if I was following that diet!

Ah I see EE, heres me thinking you were some kind of calorie wizard! I did have a good day today - for tea I had 2 fish fingers, a small portion of wedges and then filled up on green beans and it did actually fill me up....
But then I got boredalways dangerous when I get bored because I start to cook things. This time it was german style pretzels. But oh no, I couldn't just make one.
I had to make 4, with different styles of wash to find out which worked bet for the most authentic taste. Which meant of course I had to TASTE them all too when they were done. In case anyone's interested, dipping the raw dough in boiling bicarb of soda works best. To be fair I didn't eat all for, I had a little bite of eat to test, but I still feel guilty now because I didn't need it at all, my biggest problem is that I love cooking, but of course there is a fattening by-product from that!
Anyway enough rambling, COMP that sounds bloody painful, I broke one of my foot bones once (dropped a bottle of coke on it) and that was painful enough but your toe must really hurt!

Oh God I hope so, I'm in agony. Day 3 today and shred was not any easier. *sob* Standing up and sitting down is sore, walking up and down stairs is sore, I wake up in the morning sore - I must be really unfit!:rotfl:

No pad today.. Foodwise I woke up with a migraine, so didn't eat anything til the last of the pasta bake at 12.30ish and went to see Thriller at Audley End house tonight with a friend and her friends, so I finished off the pringles and had two tracker bar things, pineapple, a couple of baby scotch eggs and sausage rolls. I also had most of the 70cl bottle of malibu, literally about 1" left in the bottom of it. Just a teeny bit tipsy right now. Whoops.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16
