Hi everyone

I shall work out the calorie content of everything I cook and be suitably shocked and then cut down :rotfl:
My weight is about 10st 10lb (weighing on the Wii does not give exact figure, this is what it looks like anyway)
My BMI is 27.83 which is overweight

Morning All!
Hope you are all well. Payday here also!Although, still waiting for funds to arrive. Usually just before lunch.
I'm not looking to lose weight at the moment, but really need to improve my fitness. Must get back on the Wii! I did WeightWatchers once though, and lost 2 stone quite comfortably, so to speak. I found it pretty easy to stick to, and was able to incorporate little treats etc. I think you can now sign up online etc, if anyone's interested. Might be cheaper? Certainly more flexible if time is an issue
I ordered my new glasses last night: http://www.specsavers.nl/brillen/modern/brock?price=29
I also went into H&M (shhhhhhhh) and bought a new skirt and top for work. But.....the skirt was in the sale at 10 Euro's and the top was only 14.95 Euro's.
http://shop.hm.com/nl/outletshoppingwindow?dept=SALE_DAM_OVER_BLU&shoptype=O That's the top, but mine is a khaki kinda colour. Can't find a link to the skirt as it's no longer in stock online. Anyway, can you tell I'm pleased? And did you know, it is the ONLY skirt I own at the moment! lol
OH is meeting some friends in Amsterdam tonight who have come over for a stag do. All 3 of them! lol. He thinks he'll be home early(ish) cos he's tired, it's expensive etc. But, he hasn't been out with his friends in a long time, so I expect he'll be home some time after midnight, which means I get the flat to myself for an evening and can watch !!!!py TV without being moaned at!lol
