EE - what is shred?
I need to lose about a stone and a half, keep thinking about slimming world but can't afford to buy lots of fresh fruit and veg. Maybe telling you guys what I've eaten every day might encourage me not to eat so much!!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

This is Shred - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Jillian-Michaels-Day-Shred-DVD/dp/B002RNOS2Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1279785623&sr=8-1
Check out Hypno's thread on the diary section and you can see what they all think.
If you cut out all the bad things and just brought the healthy stuff could you afford it? I like slimming world, it wasn't much different to how I usually eat only changing the sauces etc to healthier ones.
I was inputting what I had eaten on a calorie counter but can't remember which one I signed up for :rotfl:
Although I know to lose weight I should eat about 1400 calories a day so if I post on here each day I can include my calories also :T then I don't need a counter!!

I keep seeing this on Hypno's thread but can't go back far enough to find out what its about.
I wish I only had a stone and a half to go! That would get me back to the weight I was before I lost my job in October, and i was already overweight then.

Right I'm thinking that if we weigh in on a Friday this will allow for any events over the weekend such as parties/weddings/clubbing etc!!
So if you want to join post up either your starting weight if you are not embarassed or ignore the stones part and just put on the lbs.
I will keep track on a trusty spreadsheet - S'pose I could nick the one the DFW weight loss lot are using :rotfl:
I am also going to post my PAD and my food every day so I can keep track - but not everyone has to do this

It might be more like 2 stone, I think I'm about 12.9 and I should be more like 10.7....
I enjoyed the food I was making, and I was cooking properly. At the moment I'm in the bad habit of lazyness and being disorganised so I'm not being too healthy. It was mainly buying lots of fresh fruit that bumped the cost up, but I enjoyed eating it. At the moment I've got fresh pineapple, strawberries, apples and bananas to eat and I love it!! Today hasn't been too bad for me though, I've had weetabix, special k, fruit as mentioned above, 2 bags of crisps (i had an extra one at work as we were really delayed and I was bored), a chewee tracker bar, activia yoghurt, pasta bake with leek red pepper red onion and courgette, a tiny muffin at work and a cheese sandwich. Oh and about 5 dark chocolate digestive biscuits.:o
I know it's boredom and laziness that is my downfall!Oh and I don't own scales, so I might just check whenever I'm at a friends who has some.
Angelic, pad of just 20p today sorry!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

What do people think about this - I was going to cancel my PPI but then I lost my job, so eventually they started paying, but not in time to stop some arrears accruing on the mortgage. Then they totally mucked up when I started working full time again, resulting in over 2 months arrears accruing. It's taken since March, and I haven't put it on my sig, but they have agreed to sort it for me. So should I PAD it when it comes through, hopefully next week? If it hadn't have come through I would be PADding to the mortgage arrears anyway.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
