to the person above who said they got a reply when enquiring about buying, now I will definitely say DO NOT USE FORWARD CELLULAR. i think it is quite disgraceful that they reply within hours to emails about buying but nothing at all to the people they owe money to. And if they are still in business as seems to be the case, I'm sure those who are overdue their cashback should be able to take some kind of (legal..) action as they are breaking their contract with you.

again, DO NOT USE FORWARD CELLULAR!

I emailed them again saying I was about to buy from them, but was a little concerned about the lack of cashback activity, and asked if this would continue to be a problem, but only received an automated reply.

Decided not to risk it, and have put an order in through OSPS. Will update if I get a reply.

It is about time we should get trading standard involve? I am awaiting on more than £500, alot of cash to me.

How long should we give FC till we take some solid action?
  • i am pretty concerned about this. i sent off my cashback claim on 4 december for 241 quid, which should have been with me by 4Jan, i have had no acknowledgemet or anything to emails i have sent recently and well it is pointless phoning as they never respond.... where can we take this from here?

Somehow the system has put some rubbish into lots of people's signatures, including yours. Just clear it using the User CP and Edit Signature.

I've sent them one final email requesting payment by Wednesday after which I will be lodging a claim via the online courts service

Let's see if that gets their attention.

  • Surely there must be someone in Leicester prepared to give them a knock ? In fairness to FC they've been great up till the last month when things have suddenly gone amiss. I know this is easy for me to say (I'm not awaiting cashback) - but surely a better way round the problem than courts. As was stated before - it may be a major upheaval in life that's caused this - the last the website said was pre-Christmas about a holiday. I've had a similiar problem at work cursing a supplier only to find out he was involved in the Tsunami disaster (he's okay) but was out of the UK for a while.

the website WAS updated on the 5th or 6th of january when the new deals were put up but nothing since then...

yea, courts might be a bit much....but it might wake them up. trading standards might be handy too. does anyone know if you would contact trading standards in leicester (if that is where fwd are) or your own local one?
