Well they don't seem to be replying to emails, but I've sent one in anyway Cancelling my order. I've now ordered from e2save instead.

If FC do bounce back, I'll have to send FC the phone back.

i've always been a massive supporter of them and have had 2 or 3 cashback deals that worked fine.

i've got one running out next month and am in the process of doing homework on what to get and from whom.

seeing the questions about fc on this thread .... i actually emailed fc a couple of times last week saying that they were getting some negative press on here ....apart from their auto response not heard a word.

Seems as though there is something to start being seriously concerned about. ??

wonder whether martin could try and make contact with them ?????

dcomtalk.com forum is of the opinion that FC are now only dealing with outstanding cashbacks- hope you all get yours!

Am cancelling my order and looking for something else. If the FC phone comes then it will just have to go back at their expense!

Shame really - seemed a good company from all the glowing accounts here and elsewhere.

To be honest it is quite disappointing really because they have built up such a good reputation and seems a lot of loyal customers. Thing is, no matter what, it wouldn't take much to put a notice on the site informing existing and potential new customers like myself if there is a slight delay on things or whatever the problem instead of leaving people at a guessing game...

I could not get on the system last weekend as it was being upgraded, and have been away on business all week, just got back.

Anyway towards the end of last week I read this post and so send For Cell an email explanining that I was a member of a consumer web site and that some people had had no contact from them and could I ask they were still trading. They replied in a couple of days saying the were sorry that people had been having problems with them replying but that they were definately still trading.
