So anyone expecting this company to pay on time should read the threads on here and ignore all the promises from the company and the rep.

I took a nokia 5800 on a 12 month cash back deal.

First two cheques arrived promptly but then cheque 3 hasnt arrived in over 45 days time from the day confimation email was recieved.

What worries me is i ordered 2 phones both with £240 auto cashback each, ive had these phones since the 2nd or 3rd so at least 25 days, but have not had no email to say that my cashback is being processed, did you guys have to email them first before you got that email or was it just sent???

You should get an email from them approx 15 days after point of order telling you cheque is being processed. You should have to do nothing (hense the auto in cashback)

Just as a timeframe my £260 autocashback took 40 days in total from point of order to cheque arriving in my post-box. If you need reassurance, post here FAO Ben @ mobiles.co.uk

MSE has the power to make things slightly speed up............

I see they've changed the banner now and instead of "Paid" or "Sent" we now have "Issued" and reduced it to "14 days" rather than "21 days".

Care to explain how thats changed to an understatement ????????

Well, we have got
"Autocashback issued after 14 days" with a fist full of £££notes
and
Your Auto Cashback is processed 14 days from delivery - an Exclusive from Mobiles.co.uk!
both on the one screen you get when you choose "Autocashback" from the Free Gifts section of the main screen (now I don't know difference between "processed" and "issued" myself, but they are both words that fudge things. "Sent out to you" is what they intend to convey, but we know that this isn't the case. )

However if you choose the cashback option link from any chosen phone you get the following pop-up screen

Alangc and legally_correct would tend to suggest than neither time is correct.

I just wonder who proof-reads their web pages and if they were a cookery programme on the telly, then their recipes might include.

• Take 1 pistol.
• Load it.
• Point at own foot
• Loudly proclaim it won't hurt.
• Pull trigger.
• Shout "OWWWWWWWWWW".

That is if you can actually determine what is the actual time from the many contradictory definitions of actual payment date on the web site !!
