HSdoghugs_24270.gifto LW, friends are friends, whether 4 legged and fury or the human kind.

Jackie - glad your arm leaking has eased up, and we know your aren't a Grumpy Old Woman, but we all have days.

Off to the hairdressers to have my "sparklies" covered;).

Elona - Didn't I see on here a couple of days ago that someone wanted a house "up Norf" within your area:cool:.

Yea, the weather is def. getting better, I have had the washing on the line for the last 2 days. The patio door has been open mid day for the dog to walk out as he please's. I can see yellow crocus's in a old hanging basket. Drawing the curtains now around 5.30 pm so the electric lights are being switched on later than 4pm.
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
    Spring begins on 21st March.

Hi, world book day today so both boys went in dressed up, DS1 went as Hiccup from the Cressida Cowell books and DS2 went as a pirate. Dh is out tonight with work so dinner is Jacket potatoes. He's away again next week for a couple of days so i need to alter my meal plan. I'm not sure where this week has gone to, I don't seem to have got very much done. I've started to get stuff ready for the local NCT sale at the end of the month. I want to get rid of quite a lot of stuff, the attic has become really full and if we are to move house i don't want to have to move it!
Hugs to all that need them

    Afternoon all
Just got back from seeing the baby, her name is Ashley Rose, lovely name and she is a beauty, it was lovely to see her off a lot of the tubes although she still has a drip and a feeding tube but she looks soooo much better.

Lame Wolf ::grouphug: It is perfectly ok to cry.... I would too xxxx
JackieO: I can understand your anger - I hate those automated lines as well they are a real pain in the bum.

Well I am off to start dinner might pop back later for a catch up x
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

LameWolf - big (HUGS) - as DG says, friends are friends, whether two-legged or four. I know how sad we've all been whenever we've lost a pet - they really do become part of the family.
JackieO - sorry to hear about your fall. I missed that somehow.
Tearing round like a mad thing today, doing various tasks. Need to see police tonight about an attempted break-in at Church on Monday. That'll be fun, trying to look at damaged interior doors in the dark! Couldn't find a mutually convenient daylight time! Need to spend part of evening talking to successful/unsuccessful candidates for a job interview as well. The first will be much easier than the latter I guess.
Rosyred, love the sound of the T-shirt bathmat - that's real OS stuff!
My crotchet blanket for DGD is growing - at least I have loads of squares coming along.
    Resolution:
    Think twice before spending anything!

    Well i`m back :D
Just managed to lose a post as my browser froze  so i`ll start again and hopefully not forget anything :o

Lamewolf - ((((HUGS)))) for you, so sorry to hear of Sefkas passing. We know how hard it is losing a furry friend and we are all your friends too. You know where we all are when you need us.

Csarina - You mention recording so i think that you may have a sky plus box? If you have evil sky disable the recording funtion if you don`t subscribe :( Its only possible to watch the free channels and not record if thats the case. We have freeview built into the telly and in a few days if we turn on the sky box we will have freesat from sky but we won`t be able to record anything without a different box. Not bothered though as we don`t have the tv on all that much now. There are two versions of freesat, the basic one and then skys version which has a few extra channels. If you get freeview in your new home then you will have more options. Bit more info below.

    http://www.freeview.co.uk/
    http://www.freesat.co.uk/
    http://www.freesatfromsky.co.uk/

It gets a bit complicated especially if you want HD as there`s quite a few different boxes available.

I`ve just had a very late lunch of lemon drizzle cake and hobnobs :D my fingers are freezing so i`m off in the shower shortly to warm up a bit. I`ve sorted all the strawbs in the garden and cleared up most of the leaves and done some general tidying so i`m bushed. Little black cat is staring at me so she must be hungry so i`m off to feed her first.

    Catch you all later guys.

    SD
Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
