Ok, within the same postcode area I could buy THIS for £40k less. Similar space inside but with a really good sized plot. Yours seems a bit lacking in garden space to me. BTW Is that the oil tank in the back garden? It's UUUUgly!!!

I do not know the area, but just from the details I would say the property above was worth £50k MORE than the OPs.

Out of the 2 properties I would much rather buy this one......lovely and lot's of space!
My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say ;)

Then there is THIS still over £20k less. The decor is a bit much for me but the photographs give me an idea of how I would live in this house. The finish appears top spec like the OP's house as well as being wired for Broadband with a surround sound music system throughout the house.

OP I think you are overpriced.
Thanks to all who post comps :A :T

It does appear that it is just way overpriced, and no amounts of pot plants or better pictures are going to change that. Sorry.

The EA will be very impressed with all these (ours) hits on Rightmove, probably thinking viewings are imminent!

I guess the EA has given it up as a lost cause :rotfl:

No, he has changed his marketing to the well known(???) fish4homes, as opposed to the very popular Rightmove and dropped the asking price by £5k.

The ONE (!) photo is a little better than the last frontal photo but still looks like an unfinished building site.

Shame. Anybody looking for a bargain in 12 months time will be very pleased.

Also, anybody googling that address when thinking about purchasing the house (well, I would google, wouldn't you for such an expensive purchase) is going to find this thread and all these negative comments. Guess this is going to be a white elephant for a while. Scary place, the internet.

OP, I suggest you request this thread is removed. It would be in your own interest but heck, you have taken no advice from us thus far.
