Selling house - Agent has sent no viewers

 What kind of mindset are you in if you state you have better photos, but refuse to simply email them to the agent and tell them to put them up on your adverts?
All because... you think they should be doing that?!

You need to understand one thing: if I gave the pictures to the EA, they would always have an excuse for their failed marketing efforts:
"You forced us to use your pictures, it's your fault"
Isn't that what they say when people tell them what asking price to put on the property?
"You told us to overprice the property, how do you expect us to sell the house like that?"0 -
The estate agent came round to my house and took his own pictures, he said they like to do their own. So i let them get on with it, when i seen the results i was appalled at them, so i took my own and emailed them to him and stated i wanted my own photos used. He rang me up and said the photos look amazing and he put them on, i had 3 viewings the week after and 2 offers come forward straight away and in the end their was a bidding war and i ended up getting the asking price.
I looked at your pictures, they were all too dark, couldnt see much, looked depressing, but the garden in the shade just put me off.
Id definately recommend you get them round to do them again, or give him the ones you have.
If you take the photos, you can takes the pictures when you like and get it in the best light.0 -

Damn right I am depressed with this EA. I am not too worried about not coming over too well with people who want to impose their taste.0 -

That's not what we're doing. Believe it or not, people here want to help you get the darn thing sold, so you can move on with your life and onto another project.
Ignore the advice if you want, but don't take the hump when people offer their help for free.....0 -

But even if you could apportion blame on them, it doesn't help you achieve you ultimate goal....selling the house!
You need to use your best material, not disqualify it on the basis of holding some trumps cards when it comes to a blame game, you can't exactly save money in this fashion because you wouldn't of paid anything to the EA, so what are you achieving by holding the photos back?I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.

For goodness sake, I have never come across someone so stubborn on a site in which they have saught help.
It appears as though you've asked for help, and then put your ear muffs on, sat in the corner and sulked whilst not being able to appreciate the decent quality of advice given.
IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR TASTE.......IT'S TO DO WITH YOUR RELUCTANCE TO RECEIVE ADVICE!I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.
