    Thanks red :)

Had my appointment, I know now what's wrong with me....Borderline Personality Disorder with Recurrent Depressive Disorder. And he said it's normal to have psychosis with BPD - so glad I'm not schizophrenic....Going to be referred for counselling and to the people who deal with sorting responses to emotions so I can learn how to deal with it. Need to go back in 4 weeks to see the psych again. Don't trsut him, but he IS good....started crying part-way through and he didn't ignore it.

ETA: My leggings came from ASOS - got with survey money, as did my DVD from Amazon (Nectar points :D)

Sounds like progress to get a firm diagnosis.

I'm very impressed with all your money and fitness progress, you seem to be sticking to it all really well.
