Had an NSD, so the number is now 7! Am not doing too badly, didn't get a knee support as couldn't find one I liked and that would fit....but I should be OK without it, my knees are loosening back up again and that's the main thing.
Did level 1 shred last day today, level 2 starts tomorrow
Week 4 run 4 went OK, I cannow run 5 mins, but want to repeat the week to build up stamina and endurance.

Also sat in the park and read part of my book. I'm quite enjoying Jude the Obscure, makes a change to see strong female role models in a book of that time.
Eventually came home and did some more cross stitch, will need to take some pics tomorrow and show where I'm up to, I'm not doing too badly, I just want to get one of the sky colours done and I'll be happy.
OK, targets for next week:
Week 4 c25k: run 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Level 2 shred: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
At least 3 NSDs
No buying crap
Eat healthily
Check bank regularly
Food diary:
B - apple and orange
L - celery and carrot sticks
S - raisins
D - tuna and sweetcorn salad

Not been a good day for me...was meant to go out last night (most stuff paid for after midnight) and we ended up staying watching Family Guy and playing Singstar....Still, got me out and it was really nice. My mates said I looked different (hair has been highlighted by the sun - they thought I'd dyed it, and I'm really tanned according to them - so good things
)
Since it was already a spend day, I treated myself to 2 vest tops, a DVD (Shaun of the Dead) a CD (Christina Aguilera's Greatest Hits) and a paper....so it wasn't too bad. Then I got housely bits and food shopping and I should be set food and cleaning wise for at least a week, probably more
So it was all good.
Started Level 2 shred this morning and thought I was going to die! Might go jogging later, I'll see how I feel.
