I think 'change one thing' is a really good way to do things, it's extra difficult to change lots of things at once.

16 NSDs is brilliant by the way!

Thanks red, it's now up to 17. I think before I was trying to change too many things at once, and my brain overloaded and exploded a bit.

    Food diary
    B- nowt (fell asleep)
L - 2x rice cake with coleslaw and ham
    D - chicken salad

Day 9 of shred done, and week 3 run 3 done. Think the rest of the week I'll carry on with the week 3 and stage 1 respectively before going into stage 2 and week 4 next week :D

Ok, start of the new diary bit....

    Bank Balance : -£696
    Cash in purse: £8.00
    Grocery spent: 3.78 / 90 / £86.22 left
    Extra spent: 6.81 / 30 / £23.19 left
    Into pot: £1.40

Was a spend day for me today - had to send a letter and print it out - 80p on printing, 90p on envelope & pen and 41p on a stamp. Also got some salady bits and more fruit in so I'm fine til next week foodwise now. Got a mate coming tomorrow (celebratory film night as she got a DMM in her BTEC) so I'll allow myself £5 to get any little treats - probably popcorn.

Bit down really, got a letter today from HFC saying they've handed over to Lowell my £2.4k debt. I knew it was coming but it's been three years with no contact. It's still in date, it was siged on the spot, the only mis-selling is the PPI, which I tried to claim on cos I was off work (has been there a year and a half before the accident) and they didn't send me a THING - so hopefully there will be a little bit to go on there. Set up payment plan of a tenner a month, I know it's not a lot but it's all I can afford right now (well, I could pay more but me keeping it low means if I have spare cash I can save it up and do each debt in a single blow - my next one will be the Halitwats overdraft in October probably)

    Food diary:
    B - smoothie
    S - smoothie
L - 2 x rice cakes with tuna and celery
S - pack of crisps and an apple.
D - gammon, egg and beans - I fancied beans

ETA: Also cancelled the gym which comes in at the end of August (last payment then :D ) so saving £30. May put £10 of that towards the HFC debt so I pay it off a bit quicker. Mate isn't coming round now til next week, so I'll have my treat then I guess

Not a too bad non NSD day. Got the train, the bus and some ciggies, had to get some drinks as was parched and had finished mine by the time I got here! Can't exercise much (will go out with mum when she walks the dog - either morning or evening) and need to go to the shop to get some cold meat later - mainly so I can nom salad - nomnom - so I AM trying to be good! I will have 2 NSDs this weekend, and if I only pay bus fare Monday then I'll declare it as a 3rd.

First NSD today! Long shall it continue. Tomorrow looks to be an NSD, as does Monday - so the weekend is looking good!

Need to go to the phone shop when I get back Monday, mainly to change my phone to one that works - I'll have a look online and see if they have any models I might like for the same price....grrr
Went for a walk yesterday evening and this afternoon, so I'm still exercising. Also feel a bit less 'fat' today, so hopefully I've lost a bit of weight, we shall see later....

Second NSD today, I'm on a roll! Cashed out OP of 13.00 and got a pair of leggings and tights, and the rest is going into the bank account, so basically a freebie :)
Have also lost 4lb, and 1 inch off hips and waist, so I'm feeling better.
Just a bit blue as I've got horrible period pains....

    Food diary.
    B - cereal
L - roast pork, roast pots and veg
    S - peach
D - salad of some form

    NSD: 2/15

Confession time. My phone has been playing up. Phones 4 u refused to replace it as I couldn't get the fault to show in-store. Took it to Carphone Warehouse, traded it in and spent 68.35 upgrading it to a Nokia X3, which should now last til upgrade next May. I couldn't put up with the phone that dies constantly...and I can't take calls. My NSD went out the window, but I have got a chicken kebab for dinner, and I only had lettuce and added my own coleslaw to it. Bough some more fruit, and will try and have as many NSDs as is damn possible to atone for the phone......

    Food diary...
    B - cereal
    S - banana
    L - ham salad
D - chicken kebab (no pitta) with lettuce and coleslaw (and it is a small one....an extra small one at that)

Also had to start again on the exercise, not doing it for 3 days has made me crappy again. So, another week at Stage 1 shred, and I've gone back to week 3 in c25k..I WILL get through this blip, but it was an essential blip on both counts.
