Need to get back on the nosmo....the patches are giving me an itchy rsh, and the kerfuffle on the train kicked me into smokeland....but I'll drag myself back out and back onto the wagon to start afresh tomorrow...

Got some VERY good news today...council will cover half my rent (59 a week until July, then it goes up to 67) I got my smartcities card which give me free local bus travel, and is my library and leisure card, £2 an off-peak session (up to 2 hours!) and my council tax exemption form thing, so I don't pay council tax as I am not liable :D Also, my water payment is £8.40 a month too...time for a revised SOA...

Still need to cut out the fags, but I might be able to get this done...inhalator and use plaster over the patch as it doesn't go so red then.

    I WILL do this!

Have started smoking again. No idea why except I have been more stressed than usual recently. I'll give it til Friday, then I'll try again.
Managed to start the C25K this morning, went around the park. Hurt a little at the time, but I do feel good for it.
Ok, targets for the rest of the week:

    Eat healthily
    No spending money on crap
    No buying any more clothes
    Do C25K at least 3 times - 1 2 3
    Drink 2l of water/juice a day
    Stop binging on crap
    Do exercise at home
Try and read at least one of my books

Also, I've started a new fund called the EXF fund. For every day I exercise a £1 goes in, when I get back to no smoking another £1 will go in....so possibly £2 a day :D This is mainly to fund if I want to buy new things, I'll save for it. My first task is to save for a new TV....so here goes

Not been in for a few days so time to catch up...Started c25k but need to get back into it this week, then maybe I'll watch the flab fall....need to get my tummy below 34 (hoping for 31-30 in the end) then I can fit into 12's again and be happy.
New funds are going OK, moose has had about a tenner go in this week, EXF only on 3 but hoping to up that next week.

    Targets:
    Do Week 1 - 4 runs
    Double EXF money
    NSDs - 4 I think this week
No buying crap, if I want to go out, no purse and in the park with a book in nicer weather
Do cardio - go to gym I think x2 to do a proper workout
    Get skipping rope

    Ok, food diary
B- smooooooothie (quite liking these as I don't feel 'full' when I go running)
L - nuts, half a bag of crisps (woke up early, so had a nap too)
    D - chicken salad (nomnomnom)
S - apple and orange later maybe.

Feeling a bit better, the exercise is doing me good. Went out into town to get some foody bitys today, forgot my belt and had to keep hitching up my shorts (they're a 14 but my butt is a 12, my waist however is humongous) Weighed in and put on 3lb so not happy, but it's ok, there's 2 weeks of the month left to lose that and a bit more.

Got Mr Cheeky (London fella - he IS cheeky so seems appropriate) coming to see me Monday, til Weds evening. Seeing the ex tomorrow - trying to sort out what he owes me (£50, he said he'd put some in) and my mate (he owes me £25 but can't tx to other account as online banking wasnt working - I'd suggest phoning and doing a tx that way but nooooooo) So I'm owed £75, and I need to put money back into the bank.

Got another £2 today so MF is up to £36, and EXF is up to 6 now (I think, I put extra in just in case) Buuuuut there's still tomorrow ;)
