Have NSD's until Monday at least - up to 13 on Friday...14th today

Start reading uni books again - started on Mansfield Park

Arrange clothes into ones that fit and ones that don't - sorted
Think about getting a bigger TV from charity shop next month. - probably not, unless money is sorted

TMVen, its Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred. It's an exercise programme over 30 days, with three different levels to work through, and is meant ot be more effective than the gym. I'm still on level 1 (and will be til Day 16, as I'm doing it over 15 not 10 days - so it'll be 45 days not 30) You can get it on Amazon and it's well worth the money, better than the gym by far!
Ok, I have done run 3 and day 6, will be doing run 4 and day 7 tomorrow. So far, I've dropped 2 inches off my hips and 2 off my tummy, but need to drop a LOT more.
Have also decided to try (from 1st July) a running total of what I do and don't spend, with my budgets for the month and bills due out, and payments in. So far I am budgeting for:
£90 food shopping
£30 extra spends (lady things, toiletries, etc)
£10-20 extra onto Velma the Vanquis card
£30 for exercise fund - out of daily money I have on me

Week 2 run 5 is done.....Week 3 starts tomorrow...my legs only started aching near the end but I'm sure I'll get over that.
Did day 7 of stage 1 shred, and it is definitely helping...I'm getting a waist!
Going out round a friend's tonight, then off to cinema in the morning with my free tickets for reviewing it....can't wait!

End of month roundup:
I've pretty much messed up on everything. I've put weight on, I've spent too much and ate too much.....pretty much my own fault. Although, I did pass my essay and my films exam with flying colours (63 and 58 respectively)
Thursday for some may be another day, but for July I am pledging to change one thing. In June, it was starting c25k and upping the exercise, in July it will be the food spending and madnesses around binge-eating. I'll be seeing a new psych team on the 8th (wish me luck guys) and I want to be able to go in there and say I've not been puking Polly for a whole week.....Am a little scared, but I have the wonderbras on DFW chat for support. So....next month's targets are:
Weeks 3, 4, 5 and 6 of c25k
Finish weeks 1 and 2 of the Shred - have extended from 10 to 15 days as I'm a weakling and I want to be able to do proper push-ups by the end of Week 1
Grocery bill for the month will be less than £90
I pledge:
I will not buy unnecessary food.
I will not buy things I am allergic to just to be sick
If I even think of it, I will go on the spinny board or scary stretchy thing.
I WILL lose the 4lb I've put on *very ashamed* and another 4...so half a stone in all.

I will not spend more thwn £50 on 'extras'
I will cut down smoking
I will keep away from the fizzy pop that makes me hyper
I will drink 3-4 750ml bottles of water a day
I will eat healthily and put everything down that I eat
I will start my spending diary
I will have 16 NSDs in July
Think that's about it for now.
Oh, I did week 3 run 1 today and though I would die on the last run but I didn't. I also worked out if I do the shred first then the jog I feel better than doing it the other way round - so I will stick to this. And that my black trainers are more comfy to run in.

Thanks red, it just feels like everything is really hard right now....
Am thinking of putting the weightloss counter back to zero. I know I'm nearly halfway there, and I can re-do my target from 56 to 30 - maybe a little more depending on how I do.
