Tru How many pets do you have:eek:
    7 guinea pigs
5 chicks - I'm cleaning out water and feed bowls about 6 times a day, they like to poo in them :D
    3 adult chickens
    1 rabbit
And a partridge in a pear tree.

OK, I lied about the last one :D

The sofas are sorted. Just as I'd opened one of the piggy cages, he knocked on the door. Without thinking, I opened it and in that split second, the boys made a run for it. One ran into the lounge and shot under the sofa, one ran into the kitchen and one into the utility room. I wanted them all the kitchen, out of the way. Man laughed at me as I tried to round them up :D

.... I ordered cake tins from lakeland yesterday too, what with the vouchers for Christmas and the offer on the web I got three for £7 (6'', 7'' and 12'') delivered....

That seems a really good price - I bought one of those multi-size cake tins last year for about £25

I wouldn't think so!! 9oz of penne would be probably for 4 if you're having garlic bread. What does it say on your pasta packet for a serving?

bargainbird - I don't know anybody that could each that much pasta in one sitting! Looks like it should feed 3-4 depending on appetites.

No idea, but thats what I call it, it takes the plastic tacks out of quilts without cutting the fabric (been there, done that) so as I no longer have the packet, no idea, OH says he thinks it is a tag remover....but I still think its a tack takerouterer!!!!:D:D

    Afternoon everyone :D

Didn't think I was going to make it today :rotfl:

I went into town today and me being me had to look in the charity shops :D I so glad I did, I got a new pair of leather shoe boots for £2.99 (still have sticker on the sole) I have been looking for a pair for ages as all my jeans are just a bit too long to wear with the shoes I have.

I have managed to clean through the house and all my washing is on the line again (bliss).

Tea tonight is HM chicken soup (well its a bit more like stew after putting in too many lentils lol) and mash.

DD(15) is haveing a strop with me because I have said no to having a German exchange student for a week, we live in a small 2 bed cottage and have had to divide the largest bedroom for her and DS(9) so couldnt get it in her head we have no room (unless they agree to the student slee'ping in the shed :rotfl:) Teen's huh.

Ive not had time to look through yet but lots of hugs to those who need them :D

    Kind wishes to everyone :D

I wouldn't have thought so; I'd do half the amount, and it'd feed us both, easily. (Of course, I'd replace the pancetta with Quorn bacon style slices).

I often think the servings guides on recipes are way off - no wonder so many folks are on the large side, if they're going by what the recipes say.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
