My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Mel - I too am on a mission today. And if hubby doesn't put the christmas decs in the loft (the boxes have been cluttering up DSS room) then I will throw them in the street!!!
Oh - the baby awakes! Only 45 mins, we usually get at least an hour in the morning. Do you think he knows his brother is here
Yay - go Ed!!
Might as well leave them there for next christmas now;):p
I need to go and stick whingy up for his nap...he is usually up by now but he didn't get up until 9am, because he had been awake singing at 4am for at least an hour!!Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
SS - Have just been to one Tesco and they only had the pink zebras, which are still full price. Will check the other one this afternoon.
Aless - Get well vibes for Finn.
Bruno - I haven't got anything to add to what the others have said, but I think nursery is definitely a good idea.
Sami - Vistaprint depends on which method of postage you pick. The cheapest option is for delivery in three weeks, so if you want to do that, you'll need to order them pronto. ETA, SS already answered
Glam - We've got a disappearing tooth too. One of the top ones.
Gotta dash - gave C a humzinger(?) which look scarily like animal poo, and she's mushed it into her skirt and the carpet _pale_

Bruno, I disagree with Redmel saying 3 days isn't a lot, well it isn't but when you get used to a certain schedule and someone with you helping in the evenings then suddenly they aren't there for three days it can be hard. My OH works odd shifts and it's hard adjusting to different routines all the time especially if it's not expected.
Are we going to see you at the Kite day? (Streatham Common 11th)
Healthy baby vibes for Finn
Congratulations Sami on Edgar standing up....
jenny - I like those necklaces too. I'm fed up of being pinched cos it flippin well hurts, she's got sharp nails even when they've been cut - she likes scrunching the skin up in her hand. £18 is a lot though - are they a lot stronger than a normal primark jobbie?
That is what it says, it will be worth it if she stops pulling on my hair but probably she will just pull on the necklace in addition to pulling on hair and pinching my neck! Will report back when I get one.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

glam are you sure it was a tooth? they are usually a line not a spot, but spots are common like a little blister from chewing something or from the pressure of a tooth deeper in the gum
I don't knowHis cheeks were bright red and he was a right grump and I could see this white thing so I thought it was but I guess it wasn't!
Mel could either of these work?

jenny my MIL has a necklace that is like a round lace with a huge round pendant on it, i think most of the LOs have pulled at in and it has never broken! might be a cheaper option? i lost cound on how many necklaces i have had pulled off my neck when feeding lol!!!
Bruno i think you need to push your OH into speaking to someone, im worried that if this is all left untreated and then you go on to have more children that things may explode. i know myself that being stuck in the house for a few days at a time is hellish! i need to get out even if its to the local shop. Toddler groups/playgroups etc are a great way to meet other mums and also get you out, speak to your HV for a list and you could even arrange for her to go with your OH?
Just sold my old lizard tank so i have so much more space in the dining room! planning on doing a car boot tom to get rid of more junk and hopefully freeing up more cash for our days out! What's for you won't go past you0 -

I'm bored too. Finn's been asleep since 10! I wouldn't normally let him go this long, but poor guy didn't have good sleep last night with all the coughing. There's a ring sling on eBay I'm eyeing that ends in 6 minutes, so I wake him to eat after that.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
