dunno if anyone (maybe a premmie?) can beat our 10mths minus time he was in the moses? Chris was only in it about 3mths, once he could roll he used to roll in his sleep and wake up as he slammed into the side of it :rotfl:So what is the record for longest crib use then Sami? (and what crib was it?)
It's just the standard mothercare rocking crib £60 new i think but I got it off ebay for £30ish, Ed is the 5th baby to use it and hopefully it'll do #3 for me then my sister's when she has them:D0 -

Buttonmoons wrote: »I've never seen a ghost pet

I went to college with a girl who could see dead people apparently.
She does sound a bit odd buttons, but then again i used to laugh at people who claimed they could see ghosts or any of that supernatural rubbish...I don't believe in fortune tellers or psychics......BUT a few years ago i saw a ghost myself and I know exactly what other people are thinking if I ever say it. Which is why I don't tend to go around shouting the fact, and it is a fact....I have never been so petrified in my life I froze and went cold, I was literally paralysed and couldn't move or close my eyes!!! I eventually managed to close my eyes tight and then shove my head under the duvet cover and hid for ages!!! Just thinking about it creeps me out.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Oh no mel, I totally believe that there ARE ghosts. I just think seeing dead ghosts in miniture, in a picture - is a bit far fetched!!
Was it a ghost you knew? Id of been screaming if it was me lol. My uncle used to have an evil ghost postman and his dog visit him, used to torment him every night. No joke aswell! Well that uncle is now schizophrenic so erm......maybe it was all in his head or the evil ghost postman caused his insania (or all the drugs...)0 -
can't really get up there, we have a false ceiling on the landing with a normal sized hatch but above that is a tiny original hatch (100+ yo house) and they don't quite line up right. It took the insulation guys twice the time they'd expect for the size of house because they had to chop the rolls of fluff into little bits to get it up there, *rolleyes* I'd love it if we could use it!redmel1621 wrote: »...
Sami - Have you got an attic you can store you valuables in:D That's where all ours has ended up.... Does sound like a bit of na job you hav! on your hands though.
One of our cats vanished a couple of years ago and I always think I see it in the hallway!!

No, nobody I knew...I would probably have screamed but I couldn't talk/move nothing...... I still don't really believe in ghosts, it is only through what I saw that makes me 'have' to believe, iygwim?can't really get up there, we have a false ceiling on the landing with a normal sized hatch but above that is a tiny original hatch (100+ yo house) and they don't quite line up right. Oh what a shame, and how annoying:mad: I honestly don't know what we would have done without ours! Maybe you will have to be ruthless in selling/donating stuff. What about family? My friend hasn't got an attic but her mum stores a lot in their attic for her:)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

omg!! he's going to be crawling soon
Kieren started rolling, properly rolling, as opposed to his one or two randoms the other day. The following day honestly he went from being an easy wee baby to being into everything!!!
Arg, its a total nightmare, I can't turn my back for a second as hes rolled over and is taking baby wipes out the packet and eating them!
He rolls away while getting his bum changed! He shuffles all over the place while on his tummy, if hes sitting on my knee hes throwing himself off to see what he can get his grubby paws on!
He shrieks full volume at everything with a toothy grin on his face! Hes started rocking his bouncer chair so I can't put him in it anymore! Hes pure trouble!
Hes also stopped taking food off a spoon and just wants things to hold and eat!
After 3 days of this I'm a wreck! Don't know what I'll do when hes walking!!0 -

I'm the same way, I've had three super weird experiences I can't explain and now the bloody cat footprint.
We have a horrible cellar, but can't store anything fabric, perishable or important in it cause it's kind of damp. We NEED to move.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

My OH made us a new hatch cos I wanted a funky pull down ladder thing so I could get up easier. It was really small before too, whats the point?!?0
