I was getting annoyed with the other one because it looked too dark - I kept wanting to take his hat off so I could see his face!!

This one was dark too so I tried to adjust it and it went a bit orange!! Might be changing the tango baby again in a minute!!

Not to be insensitive... but I don't think it's a good thing for them to only show the good outcomes. Too many babies die and not a lot of people have any idea just how many pregnancies and births don't go well.

I still wouldn't watch it though.

Oh MFD, sorry I kept meaning to reply about your job situation. Do you have any idea what you will do afterwards?

I will wait a couple of weeks to see if I have a job after the end of April. If not I will exploit my contacts to their full advantage and see what is around. I have been headhunted a couple of times in the past year or so (unfortunately when the economic climate was a bit easier) so I at least have some companies who may be interested in my skills.

It's all very uncertain and a bit stressful but I am trying to keep my chins up and see it through. Luckily my mum instilled a good sense of 'what will be will be' in me and that is keeping me going.

Not that I remember - I don't suppose they have to in a 'real-life' programme?

I haven't watched any of OBEM but I guess if they lost a baby they would show it with parental consent?

I don't think it would be wrong to show as long as it is done in a sensitive way and with consent. I do however think that it is wrong to show without any warning so viewers can make an informed decision about whether to watch.

I agree. I would like some warning before, so I could decide to watch or not.

On another forum they were discussing this amongst some other topics, basically the assumption that your pregnancy will go well and so will the birth and at the end of it all you will have a lovely little baby. And how shocking it is when that doesn't happen. Women shouldn't be terrified all the way through their pregnancies, but should be aware that all the risks don't end at 12 weeks.

Dunno, touchy subject for me, I'll shush up before I get upset and upset others and start a big fight. *waits for her jam tarts to cool*

    Is that a euphemism ;)

Maybe I should just cool my jam tarts too

    I have a question:
Are my boobies going to get all big and hurty and then turn out to be as perky as they were pre-pregnancy now I am an ex-BF'er? :D
