Elle/Glam - be glad they eat chips Katie doesn't and it makes eating out interesting as it really limits the menu for her.

We've started just ordering her some garlic bread and then sharing our meals with her.

I lost about 3 stone on WW, and would like to lose that amount again. I know I can do it, I just need a kick up the arris. I've been using BFing as an excuse, but I really don't need to be eating easter eggs etc all the time. I am lucky that I love veggies so have no problem filling up on them once I'm in the mindset.

ooooooooooo speaking of chesse on toast glam i had the best sandwhich today .. cheese, ham and pineapple on toast with tom sauce squeezed together and melted together x

GISI - planning is what I find hardest as I don't like having the same meals week in week out.

SM - I might just have to agree with you on that sandwich - my fave pizza is Hawaiian.

We did get some looks from old ladies in the M&S Cafe while sharing crumpets and jam but actually they were just smiling and told me how sweet he was

MDW, my friend is currently in Hawaii and had pizza the other night... amazingly, they don't do "hawaiian" pizza!!

Its all about not shoving views so far down peoples throats you kick off the gag reflex
Although dieting is one of those things where unless people are being told that they are disgusting for being fat, it all gets taken fairly light heartedly anyway, to be fair but I know exactly what you mean!

Have you heard from DD yet about howv Poppie is getting on?
