the lady at the nursery made a quiche without the pastry and she said she could eat the whole thing as it was free! it was yummy too as i tried a bit
the books look easy to follow and as you can fill up on free foods then theres no way you will be hungry!
i did the RC diet and i did loose weight but i was awful hungry lol!
are we all going to join togetherWhat's for you won't go past you0 -

Thanks hun, think we crossed posts. That does look quite easy!
If there are a couple classes near to you, it doesnt mater if u cant make it on ur "usual night" and go to another class and a more suitable day.
My class is on a wed night, but if i cant make it there is another near me on a thursday evening, or on a tuesday night.
its way easier than any other diet ive been on, and even when im being naughty, like i was yesterday, i still had syns and SW going on in my head. so i had a handful of crisps and stopped, and 1/2 a snickers (the other half is still in the fridge!) and thas totally not like me. i wouldnt have thought twice about scoffing the lot before. It definitely is a change of lifesyle and eating habits than a "diet!" - I would reccommend it to anyone!
Although, like anyhing else, you need to be focused, you need to want to. if u know wat i mean!?Hmmm, no flapjack, Worcester Sauce crisps or Chocolate digestives then, gonna be tricky!

Do I put flour in bowl, whisk eggs, pour them in to the flour, add the sugar, then pour in the chocolate and butter?0 -
Ooh, I would love it if we could all support each other on here. I am committing to you lot that I will go tomorrow night!
I lost about 3 stone on WW, and would like to lose that amount again. I know I can do it, I just need a kick up the arris. I've been using BFing as an excuse, but I really don't need to be eating easter eggs etc all the time. I am lucky that I love veggies so have no problem filling up on them once I'm in the mindset.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
:rotfl: elle!!
I usually melt the chocolate and butter in the micro, then add everything else on top and mix it in! Only thing to be careful of is make sure the chocolates not too warm cos the eggs would scramble... not that I've done that  and enjoy, they're soooo yummyMummy to
