hhm mmm....right, in a nutshell: with the extra easy, you can have 1 Healthy Extra A, and 1 Healhy Exra B.
Healthy Extra A's consist of: milk or cheese (weighed out accordingly)
Healthy Extra B's consist of: bread, cereal, dried/cooked/canned fruit
Your healthy extras are the ONLY items you need to weigh or control portions.
You have "free" and "super free" foods. Eg. Superfree foods are Fresh & Frozen Fruit & Veg. Free foods are meat & poulrty, fish, potatoes, pasta, rice, eggs, fat free dairy products and quorn/tofu.
They suggest that you fill yourself up on he free and superfree food. and following extra easy your plate must be 1/3 full of superfree foods.
You can then have 1 healthy extra A and B.
On top of that you can also have up to 15 syns a day - i use my syns for crisps/chocolate/sauces.
A typical day for me:
Breakfast: Banana, Cup Tea (Use some milk from my Healthy Exra A allowance), Muller light
Lunch: Chicken & Bacon Sandwich with mayo, lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato. Apple/Melon/Strawberries. and Diet coke. (used 1 syn for tbsp mayo and Bread is my Healhy Extra B used up)
Dinner: Breast Chicken, Mash potato, Peas, Carrots, Roasted Swee Potato and Butternut Squash. (3 syns for butter in mash and about 3 syns for gravy)
so, tha typical day i used about 7 syns, so if i wanted to, i could have a chocolate biscui with a cup tea that evening and incorporate it into my syns.
Does that make any sense, or have i really confused u!?
Edit: yea, red and green days still work, bu this is a new plan they have added, and personly, i think its great!Carla-Farla!!

[STRIKE]I'd be interested to hear some of the dos and don'ts too, Carla[/STRIKE]. Maybe I should find a class near me, but trouble is OH works different shifts each week so can't always have LO.
Thanks hun, think we crossed posts. That does look quite easy!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
