  • Happy Birthday Susan! I hope you have had a great day and been suitably spoilt.

Carla- do you know if you can take bubbas to SW classes? There is a 5:15 one near me, most of the time OH would have him while I went but occasionally he will be at work so I'd need to take H.

[STRIKE]I'd be interested to hear some of the dos and don'ts too, Carla[/STRIKE]. Maybe I should find a class near me, but trouble is OH works different shifts each week so can't always have LO.

Thanks hun, think we crossed posts. That does look quite easy!

GISI the class I went to you could take your LO

Also the only thing to be careful of if you do Extra Easy is to make sure you have veg on your plate, like its too easy to have a sunday dinner and have your plate full of potatoes and meat, whereas before you could only have a measured amount of one or the other so you would naturally fill your plate up with veg cos its the veg that really helps shift the weight

Tara Worcester Sauce crisps are 6 syns, you can have between 5 and 15 a day xx

I need to look into slimming world, when I last did Weightwatchers I lost nearly 6stone! Shame I like food too much and put the majority of it back on  however I have a raspberry and ricotta cheesecake baking in the oven, don't think that'll help will it? :rotfl:

I've spent most of today listing things on Ebay, selling my original wedding dress (the one I didn't lose enough weight for :o) I'd offer it to you tara but as it's a size 18 it'll be far to big for you, plus it's ivory and sleeveless so nothing like what you want :p

Steroid seem to be helping a bit, I don't feel like I've got an elephant sitting on my chest atm.

    SM you around??

Oooh I've just been talking about diets on the phone to my auntie, I ordered the essentials pack from Weight Watchers cos I did it years ago now and lost 3-4st, and I loved it cos we're takeaway addicts and I could still eat the odd pizza and curry and "save up" for them :D

    Happy birthday Susan!!

Tara, I hope you get some good news about Poppie soon xx
