glam, i was looking into the mys shop stuff too, but a good chunk of them say u have to go alone or no children
I know becles does them lots, maybe she can advise?
I just asked on the MS thread and some people do take children, apparently it should say no to children on the form.
SJ - I still worry I'm doing things wrong that's why this thread is so great.
Was a bit worried the otehr day when my 3 friends said they all just went along with whatever I did for Jack :eek:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
i sterilise 4 bottles and fill them at night. dont add the powder till i need them.
then i sterilise another 4 in the morning, but sont fill them till the afternoon. depending on what we are doing.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
I just make up bottles of water and add powder as needed. And sometimes I don't use them all within 24 hours. And sometimes I run out and just wash a bottle without sterilising it cos I'm a bad mum
And today Amber dropped her dummy on the road and I picked it up, gave it a wipe on me sleeve and gave it back to her.

I did this years ago, but he said I made him feel like he wasn't a man, like he wasn't needed. At that point I realised he wasn't and he went! :rotfl:Sorry, that made me giggle remembering a funny situation! Anyhow, I need OH to be a good role model, to me it's important, but you shouldn't feel you have to explain as we all have different lives.
I have lived in some bad areas  and it seemed to me that those kids who grew up in homes were they weren't in the 'get up and go to work each day' mode the kids ended up the same. That's the bit I was desperate to get away from. As it is both my DD's have always worked!
Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
