And also HAPPY BIRTHDAY FERGUS!!!! And Happy Birthday to my Mummy.

Trying to write a letter to DS1's school and the LEA (and an email to the community police officer). What would be the best way to broach the subject of 'by ignoring my son reporting a bullying incident, he can totally sue your !!!!!!!' ? Or should I leave that little one for throwing at the Head face to face if she starts her usual 'we take bullying very seriously here, I honestly don't know what you mean when you say he is being bullied cos he totall isnt and did you know he said a bad word yesterday?'

One is very much, Not Amused.

The council have put me in Band 4 for a move

The housing officer told me that Band 4 is for people who "fancy a change of scenery"

So they've totally ignored my plight as a single, vulnerable new mother who is sandwiched between one big chav family who are noisy and making malicious complaints about me. And the fact my Health Visitor wrote them a letter stating this situation is causing depression.

    Am teasing you :p

    I will delete it...

    Edit:
...was gonna go find a !!!!!! woman to paste in there but decided I couldn't be that cruel!!!

    who is it?!!
    Thanks :)

csh - if Boo doesn't come back on then PM me your address and when I get the sachet on Tuesday I will post it to you :)

I do LOVE my hair and love it even more now that they refunded me the £10 as it was supposed to be a free haircut not £30 off.
It must look good cos BIL came in and said 'Wow your hair looks fab' :D He wouldn't normally notice these things. OH has learnt to notice ;)

OH and I have been together for over 10 years, he proposed on my 17th birthday and I accepted but we had no plans to get married immediately. It was to prove our commitment to each other. 10 years on and we are still going strong, not married but homeowners with a child. I want to get married but it's not vital that we do.

BB - I am selling on the carrier which I did test fully but now have no use for it. They sent me a bottle which I informed them I couldn't use so they asked me to pass it on which I have.
I think taking a £90 item off them, knowing full well you would never use it with a view to selling it is wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if BB checked eBay for that sort of item anyway as I would think it is quite rare.

Feelie - My OH has ordered 4 large tubs of protein for £110. They are usually £50 each! And you get free delivery. If you want me to PM you the link for your OH to take a look let me know. I have a feeling you have said before he won't take the shakes but there are tons of different flavours including Choc Mint, Choc Orange, Cafe Mocha!!!!

Oh, speedy! Just got my payslip back from DPW (re carers allowance). Only sent it on Monday! They now want my January payslip to apparently work out when to pay me CA from - you'd have thought the fact my Feb payslip says the money ran out on 14th Feb would be enough, but no.. Ah well, freepost envelope! ;)

Also got vouchers for Pampers from Asda in the post - £1 off any Pampers sensitive wipes and any ActiveFit or EasyUp nappies :D ETA: Oh, just turned the flappy bit down and there are vouchers for 50p off Fairy gel and 75p off HiPP Wholesome Pots too :)
  • Beenie can you appeal against that decision?

Glam, would appreciate the link, will let OH have a look. He didn't get to bed till 2am after working out the other day! It is paying off though, he is lifting his heaviest ever. Only problem was we had a power cut when he was mid lift, scary!

    Dear Head Teacher,

I am sure you are aware of the bullying incident my son, DS, reported on [date].

I am writing to inform you of my deep concern that this report was ignored. I have heard from you and the school multiple times that bullying is taken very seriously, and to have a legitimate complaint ignored is troubling as a parent.

I would like to request a copy of the paperwork that was filled in after my son made this complaint and also a copy of the school's complaints procedure. I am also seeking assurance that this complaint will be dealt with appropriately, as if it is not I will be seeking advice elsewhere and taking it further.

    Yours [whichever is appropriate],

    Angry Tia

Edit: Beenie, you should be able to appeal that decision, and also if you can get a further letter from your GP I'd add it to the pile of paperwork. You said your neighbour-but-one was also disturbed by your chav neighbours - can you get him to make a complaint too?

Thanks Sugar, but I've already emailed the community police officer. :D

Elle, cheers hun, I got that letter but couldn't be bothered opening it, now I totally don't have to till I need the vouchers :D Oh and the letter came from DLA to say that they have received the claim pack, good good. And also, don't ague cos you may just get an extra weeks CA :D

Beenie, appeal it, keep at them, pester them into moving you further up the list.
