We kinda have a routine :o if I can be bothered to get my !!!! out of bed in the morning :o:o:o:o I can get Jack to go back to sleep if I'm tired. But I think that is making him not tired when it comes to morning nap and then overtired in the afternoon.
Today was perfect up at 8am, nap at 11.15am for 1hr 45mins, a short nap at 3pm and a longer nap at 5pm - has gone down no problem tonight :)

SM - it seems that quite a few of us are holidaying in Tara's neck of the woods at various times this summer.

I should add though that when I say we had a routine, I mean that for example we would offer a feed by a certain time if she hadn't been obviously hungry before then - not that we would make her wait until the allotted time regardless.

Nope, you can go sit next to MFD in the Victorian Mother Corner :p

those who use all-terrain buggies- is a fixed wheel better than swivel for country walks (ie rough, not paved paths and fields/hills)

Yeah, sometimes it is. But with mine it's only really been on exceptionally rough places I've had to fix it (mainly cos I'm too lazy to do it). If it starts to go off to the side, fix it, if not just leave it.

Dora how exciting! Meant to say earlier hope you feel better soon too.

So I've got the baby monitor on and I can hear the clock ticking in A's room - at least I know it's working.

Going to watch last night's OBEM now - I have been warned I may cry. A lot.

I have loads lol got stitched up for an hour, 3rd degree tear and some damage to my bum which they had to stitch up :(

Ouch! According to my notes i had a 2nd degree tear. All i know is that it hurt!
    I got piles to... :o:o:o

When she was stitching me up i had my legs in stirrups. It was comfy having something to rest my legs on as when i was pushing her out i had to hold my legs up and i kept getting cramp in my thigh :rotfl:

Hmm, i keep moving Lily up to my shoulder to sleep on, and she works her way back down to in between my boobs, think she likes the sound of my heartbeat :)

Am going to do her bottles now, then prob bed time :)

    Night all!

This big cot thing is not working! The boys woke her when they went to bed and she lay there giggling, crying, playing. Then I went to check on her and she lay laughing at me, till I walked away and then she screamed. DS1 is still up (says he has a sore tummy after eating an apple in bed) so I can't leave her to cry.

tell her to go to bed!

we have pretty good routine but it got spoiled a little in Ireland so i need to get it back in order when DH backin work next week.
luckily with Manc shop, dont have to be there till 9.45 so wont need to be up much earlier than we were already doing, but so i can have a few hugs it will mean a slightly later bedtime poss to 8pm rather than the 7.30 we have now.

dunno what to do about his tea though. will prob mean DH feeding him rather than me.

DH mentioned the other week that with not being able to change pooy nappies he also has an aversion to baby food. i begin to wonder what he thought K would eat....
