I like routine mum and routine baby theory, who was it who told me about that? Me and LO are perfectly matched, both very much not into routines!

. I have some really good pictures of her pinned to the wall, so they make me grin whenever I look at them. I know she is having a fab time at nursery or with my Mum and that makes it loads easier. Will your work be a bit flexible with your hours for the first week or so? You might find you need some extra "dropping off" time to start with until he gets used to it.
Its a new job so I am hoping they will be flexible.
My trust induction is on the Monday and I don't need to be there until 9.30am but I think I'll still take him from 7.35am and just have a walk before I start.
I am going to ask for a few settling in sessions and then I think the week before I go back I might take him in each morning for 7.35am (will mean I get a trial run at getting ready with OH to iron out any probs) leave him for an hour ot 2, then a morning and see how we go.
He was OK when I left him there for 20mins so he might be OK.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Maddy had finished her Beef Stew yesterday and was moaning as we were still eating so I lined up some peas on her tray, she sat for ages picking them up one at a time shoving them in. :rotfl:Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Talking of childcare, we are now up to 45 minutes with the nanny. All done with no crying, which I'm so happy about! It is slow going but i'm pleased with the progress and how we've done it.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

K is the same - spoons, dishes, paper, the cat's tail etc but give him some food and he shuts his mouth lol!

My bibettas came today too, and they're fab! I've ordered some in purple too as I think they will look luvverly on H!
My MIL almost had a coronary at the weekend- we were talking about the TT weaning bottle/cup thingys and she told me that the clue ones are hard to find so should she look out for one for me. I told her if the first shop I went in didn't have blue then H would have a pink one :rotfl:. Seriously who cares if a baby boy has a pink cup?!
Fab news Feelie. Sounds like it's going well with the nannie. I thought about you and Tobes yesterday (and Ladybird and Izzy) as I went to Jungle Jeans. It was good, we should definitely go. They do hot chocolate with cream and everything.
