Andrew's beginning to turn his nose up at the puree weaning, so I'm hoping he'll be ready for BLW shortly.

Maddy crawled across the floor at toddler group as a woman had opened a packet of baby rice cakes, she started by just grunting at her but then went to full on shouts until she was given one, so embarrassing. :o

  • You have to be a member to see it, Jillie. What's the gist of it? I had pixifotos taken last week and the photographer was ace with H. I haven't actually seen or bought any prints yet though. They looked fab on screen though.

Holidays, I suppose it depends a lot on the baby. Aslong as LO has me, and I have a sling, we don't need anything else, so don't have a problem going away now.

I like routine mum and routine baby theory, who was it who told me about that? Me and LO are perfectly matched, both very much not into routines!

I was beaten, it was Weezl, and it made very good sense. We don't have a rigid routine, but we do have a predictable routine, mainly to save my sanity. I need a break from the kids at night, they are hard work during the day and I just could not cope if they were up till midnight with me!

    BEWARE OF THE PIXIs!

Hi, just wanted to share my experience with PixiFoto and hope I can prevent others from being ripped off!

I used the voucher for a free shot from the bounty pack at the Manchester studio. They ask what you want from the photos and for the first shot - which has to be your free one - did the exact opposite - so to get what you want you have to buy some of the others they take. (free shot was horrible).

I ordered others at a cost of £100 - I was misled (or the member of staff simply neglected to tell me) about what I would receive... which was poor value and not what i need for the gifts I had explained they were for.

When i complained when i picked them up the girls shrugged their shoulders and said to complete a cmment card. I wrote a complaint by email. The area manager called me today and basically said tough, it must have been my mistake and refused to do anything about it. (To cut a long story short). She was rude and useless to say the least.

I am really upset and disappointed with the photos and can't bring myself to look at them. Stay clear and stick with a local photographer - I wish I had.
    thats the post hun.
