What an emotional day, the cards I have have just made me cry again, what a complete wally!Too many children, too little time!!!0
-
Right - gotta go to bed cos I am shattered.
My mothers day card said
'To Mummy, Thank you so much for choosing me to be your son, I love you so much and I am proud to be your Monkey Chops. Benjamin John xxx'
:A
Brownie points for hubby!! We might even test his fitness again tonightplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
I hope all Mummies had a nice day today.
Lucy was treated like royalty and the girls were enjoying it just as much by treating her. They've missed having a 'mum' and although they don't see her as a mum as such, she's the nearest thing they have to one. Lucy was a bit overwhelmed but happy.
Hope everyone is keeping well and it's all good news I have missed.0 -
My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Tara - just a thought but it could be that the thought of struggling to feed Poppie at home is making her tense and making it more difficult to feed her IYSWIM.
Try to calm her as much as possible and remind her that at home both she and Poppie will be much calmer and could relax and take their time over feeding (go to bed and dim the lights etc).
I can't imagine the circumstances but it is daunting taking any baby home and wondering how you will cope - the fear of having nobody there (even somebody as inept as they were in Bristol) could be really worrying???
Or I could be talking pap!!
Thank-you, I think it is completely emotional rather than that she can't physically do it. :A We'll get her there, you have all been amazing through this! XXXXToo many children, too little time!!!0 -

While it's in my mind, has anyone heard from Feelie?
She hasn't been around since she and Buttons had a spat. Feelie - if you are lurking, I hope you are ok.
I know she has met with Ladybird a few times, but Ladybird has been missing too. Is this normal or connected?
Scruffy - Who is definitely going to the Scottish meet then if Tia isn't going? Is it me, you, Csh, Rmac, Caz and Buttons?0 -
tara, MFD is right. And just because they said Poppie can come home in two days doesn't mean she HAS to. They're not going to push Sacha out the door until they're all ready and if that takes two days, fab, if it takes five, hey ho, doesn't matter, still the same end result, just more time to get the house ready
Pressure is off now, no rush to go home, just a relaxed build up to it
xx
