Tia, he is doing fantastic at it !! Still likes to throw himself backwards, and wobbles a lot, but so long as I am sitting with my arms beside him for the entire time and keep propping him up, he will go for about 10 mins playing with toys (having to be helped all through that, not sitting constantly for 10 mins !!) Although in the last few days we have noticed a turn in his eye, so we will have to get that looked at !!
Tara, I said you colour co-ordinated your top with the cot and curtains at the hospital, and are you not taking your matching items a bit too far !!The two best things I have done with my life

We kind of expected it when he was having eye problems at the start and Chris had a turn corrected when he was a kid too and apparently they are genetic
Oh well, hes happy and mine ... the rest is a side issue

Huge :T and :j for Poppie.
Massive hugs for Beanie.
Good luck for SM for work tomoz.
Hugs/well dones to Dylan and everyone else who wants/needs them and Happy Mothers Day. I got the BF charm for mothers day today - C is 6 months on Tues (by dates) and 26 weeks on Wed.
SIL told me today I had to get her off my milk now!!! WHY???? Told her I'd carry on as long as C wanted. lol C actually has taken quite a few mouthfuls of formula from the cow sippy cup (we buy a new cup each week to try her with and this has been the best so far...)over the last two days so I may have some freedom heading my way soon :T.
Just need to sort out the sleeping and we'll be happy all round. She is getting worse with the sleeping again and waking almost every hour for no apparent reason screaming. I'm cream crackered!! Hope when she starts having more proper food (she been having finger foods for a few days now too) she'll sleep more. Fingers crossed.
Happy birthday to those with recent birthdays and hugs to all xxxMy baby girl :kisses3: September 09 :heartsmil0 -
I think J-Jane goes for a nap and wakes back up at 9pm, then she sticks her tv on loud. Oh, did I mention DH went to see her yesterday? He handed her the leaflet on dog barking and told her it howls constantly, she just said 'right' and slammed the door, but guess who has been on the bad end of a fist? Big black eye and jaw. (she was brought home by the police at 2am) Bloody cow. She still went out today though and left the dog howl, I think she has to go out to get her 'medicine', funny how its the same time every single day.0

Tara - I am so happy that Poppie is coming home, what fantastic news!!! xx
For those with highchair issues like me I bought one of these Koo-Di Harnesses the other week in Wilkinson (about £7) and it has been an absolute lifesaver a couple of times. It attaches to the back of a normal dining chair, tucks into a tiny pouch so you can keep it in your changing bag and for Benjamin it is perfect because it means he gets to act like a big boy!! I know someone (Ladybird and MilliesMum springs to mind) tested them for Bizzie Baby and were so-so about them but FWIW I think that they are fab!!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
