Sarah_Joanne wrote: »Thanks Aless. He's not too bad, just been a bit more grumbly when he's awake but he doesn't really cry or anything. I have to say I am looking forward to when he does sleep a little longer at night. I know I'm very lucky with how good he is but I'm still so tired!
DH is going to a festival for 2 nights in July for our friend's 30th (his best friend) and I'm really not looking forward to that. He's gone to the football tonight so is out all evening and that's bad enough!
Kindof I'm having your favourite for tea - green curry!

Evening
Another one here without a DH - he's working late on the Moor in Sheff.
Congrats to everyone who deserves them!
Hugs to all who need them
Well we had a bit better today with the CM. Caitlyn wasn't as whiney (although CM said it could be because she's hoarse from yesterday lol!). She wasn't due to go tomorrow, but CM said she would have her for a couple of hours in the morning to keep the continuity up, then text me later to say that one of the other mindees wasn't going so she could have Caitlyn all day (9.30-2.30) if I wanted. I said I think it's best to strike while the iron's hot and keep it going, so she's there 5 hrs tomorrow and 5 hrs Friday. I don;t want to get my hopes up but maybe we're turning the corner a little. She also said she'd like to come over to my house at the weekend for a coffee or something to keep the contact up with Caitlyn. Do you know, I think I have one amazing CM?! She's going to a lot of effort and whilst I don't agree with a couple of things she suggested (like spending the night away from C), she's really trying hard to crack this.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -

Only about 4/5 steps but he keeps walking between me and L, backwards and forwards:D
YAY - go Kai!!!
Right - how the eff can Facebook be suggesting the PW as one of my friends? We don't have any friends in common, I have never emailed her so don't have her email in my address book and we might have the same surname but !!!!!! so do millions of other people!!! It is definitely her, I have checked her friends out and they are all her family.
I don't understand???
Edit - my hubby is away tonight too but I am used to it now (and used to going away myself). It gets easier xxxplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Woohoo Mel!!! Do you feel a bit sad at the same time? He's growing up.
Thank You everyone:D
No, I don't really feel sad, I love it when they become little people...it's the older ones I feel sad about as they ARE growing up! L got out the bath before and told me to stop looking at him so he could get dressed:rotfl:
SM - I am sure Jayden will be fine, although I imagine it will be hard for you to relax until he is home and in your arms. Just keep yourself busy and the time will fly past:)
Congrats to EA hopefully she will be on with some piccies soon and joining in over here regularly

Randomly,
Until a few weeks ago everytime MFD said 'Practice Wife' I thought she worked in a GP surgery and Practice Wife was something like Practice Nurse, so I was imagining a rather annoying secretary of some sort...0 -

Do you know Tia - I think men just don't get it?!! I've told DH not to expect any tea made when he comes back cos I've been so busy and stressing today, I haven't even had tea myself. But yesterday I made a meat and potato pie, and a sryup suet pudding and custard and didn't get one bloody word of thanks. That's after I tidy the house, look after the kids, do the shopping etc etc. He got the !!!! on because I was busy cooking, Caitlyn was whingeing in the highchair and he reckoned we were all ignoring her (erm, yeah while he was sat on his backside in the living room watching tv!).Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0
