Anyhoo what I really came here to ask was, for those of you who are/did breast feed did you bother with specific vitamins to support you through out?

I just took the normal Tesco multi-vit with iron. My iron levels wobble in and out of the bottom of the normal range, so I go slightly anaemic easily. I really just wanted an iron boost in case the breast milk was taking all the iron and leaving me with none.
anybody looked at your house and thought ... although ive just cleaned it its still a mess :undecided x

All the time! Especially this weather when the dogs get thick of mud. Even though they get washed down after a walk, they still have mud deep in their coats which falls out as dust as they dry off. Just feel like all I do is sweep muck up.
Bet James has a wee stash of naughty pics now though, OH at 13 had a picture of the Spice Girls on his wall (as his mum wouldn't of allowed him rudie pics) that he had cut out of the paper, and he used to look underneath it to the page 3 model when he erm.....y'know :rotfl:

Not sure about James but I know Josh does the erm y'know thing. I asked him to bring his bed linen down once so I could wash it and he just calmly said "oh yeah, I was meaning to ask if you'd wash them as the sheet is a bit sticky" - ewwwwwww!

That's just reminded me of James in Asda this morning. He said in a big loud voice "Maaaaaaaaaaam, I was just wondering, what's a dildo?" :o So I told him the truth and he said he wished he hadn't asked :rotfl:
I also have a CSA question!

If a separated couple agree on a financial arrangement between themselves can the CSA be 'called off'?

Not for us - hubby and PW have always done stuff amicably - but one of hubbys employees is moaning about how much he pays the CSA and how much the ex gets...if they agree an amount between them and he pays her directly can she stop the CSA being involved?

Yes - you can keep it private if you want. Me and my ex have a private arrangement. Make sure it's paid by BACS or cheque rather than cash, so there is a paper trail in case things go wrong in the future. If it doesn't work out, you can go back to the CSA I think.
Here I go again on my own....

  • Thanks guys! What I love about you lot is that advice is given from every angle. So now I can pass on ideas to 'protect' both parties.

It is this stuff about her not getting everything he pays that is blowing up, also guy in question is on variable earnings so keeps being reassessed???

Hubby and PW are the exact opposite - when they were settling the finances of their divorce (after we got married LOL) PW told hubby he had to go with her to her solicitors. Solicitor was asking questions like 'are you convinced that Mr Ex has declared all his earnings and investments' so PW turned to hubby and said 'You have, haven't you' - after a while the solicitor seemed to clock who hubby was and was like :eek::eek: 'He is SO NOT supposed to be here' PW said 'well, we are talking about his finances I thought it was better if he answered the questions himself' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

How do you mean not getting everything? Is she on benefits? If she's on IS, she'll still have to tell IS that he's paying, and she'll get the maintenance, but they'll take £20 off her IS. (Assuming he pays more than £20 a week).
However, this is changing later this year, and she'd be allowed to keep all of the maintenance without losing any benefits.

I think so, although OH has just told me he's stealing my car Wednesday, Thursday and possibly Friday while he gets one of his alloys repaired. I could use his car, but it'll have three proper wheels and a spare. :(

It must be - I never thought to tell him to drive it! He only has to go as far as Cheshire Oaks to meet his car sharers.
