I've got a problem with that, my DD1 hates most toothpaste, I wish I'd used adult toothpaste on her from the off because the strawberry one is no good for her big teeth
Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession

i'm 25 and still scared :eek::rotfl:
my HV also mentioned using adult toothpaste rather than childrens, not enough of something or other in the childrens, will listen harder next time
I'm much older and very hard. Not bothered in slightest by dentist or the needles.
Not enough Flouride, plus there are sweetners in childrens toothpastes. Took me ages to get Joe off fruity kids toothpastes. Complained mine was too minty. He now happily uses Childrens Sensodyne, and the dentist said that was fine.0 -

We have no locks on the bathroom for exactly the same reason... Aimee was always locking herself in and I took them off out of fear of her getting stuck in there...
We chose a bathroom lock which is quite easy to open from the outside in case of small children locking themselves in!
wow have you all seen the weather for the weekend, 20 degrees on Sunday, bright sunshineeeeee
Oh yay!!!
My new smaller clothes have arrived today so will be able to wear the shorts and skirt
On the subject of periods, I didnt get mine till i was 13 but we were told about them at 8/9 before leaving primary school. My mom gave me lots of different pads etc ready for when the time came. My sister told me a lot though, she didn't care (not sure my mom knew some things she told me though!).
Oh, Elliot finally cut a tooth at the back-it had been several months since the last one came through. He's got three more to go, these seem to be there worst taking their time to come bit at a time. He's had a bit of nappy rash (doesn't usually get it) and been clingy and crying-i hope the others hurry up now!
I had a chat with my mom, she seems to think he will be saying more words soon. And that he's too busy lining up all his toys/cars and building towers with his bricks etc. He's constantly on the go, he starts one thing then deicdes to go and get something else aswell.

Now Elliot loves the taste of toothpaste, but doesn't like me actually cleaning his teeth. I'll say 'shall we go and clean your teeth?' and he'll go to the bathroom, ill sit him on my knee and go to clean....he'll try to suck all the toothpaste off then try to escape off my lap! He doesn't cry now though, so it's getting a bit easier. My hubby really struggles to clean Elliots teeth though, i have to hold him quite firmly and tickle him, sing silly songs etc to distract him!

Someone mistook El for a boy in Asda this morning, (yes she has a blue coat but it has a pattern of daffodils all over it) how very dare they!
Feely appears to have de-friended me on FB, anyone else?
Sorry me posting again
Have I added you on fb yet? I deleted everyone last week
