Stoopid Aldi  Still trying to agree what I'm doing when I come back since they refused my application for my job on PT contract.
Hes just came back and said I can stay on my original contract and work 30hrs and agree a timescale,3 mths, for returning to FT!!!!
Eh naw! Thats quite clearly not what I asked!!!
Bizarrely: offering me the job and pay I asked for but not giving me a new contract and then reverting back to my old conditions and hours in 3 months time!
Offered to demote myself and everything but apparently thats all he'll give me!

So have said I'll come back do the fudging 30hrs, review in 3 months and still refuse to do 48hrs (FT)
So now area manager has to go back to Ops Director and see what he says about that

Anyway, back a week on Monday yey! not!!!

Mel! Hello :D how are you managing with 3 and a big bump?

Is kai walking or are you having to do masses of lifting?

How do you feel about number 4 coming, are you ready?

    Sorry to bombard you!

CSH hello lovely :) Grrrrrr at your work. Surely if they can offer you that for 3 months then there's a precedent for it being possible longer term?

Has anyone registered their baby with a dentist yet?
At his 6 month check, my HV said I should register Alex even though he has no teeth.

Whilst there today I asked my dentist about it and he kind of sighed and rolled his eyes.
He said that HV were saying that, as in this area, there were lots of children that didn't go to a dentist or have their teeth brushed once a week, let alone once a day .
(Nice place Wigan!). Plus having no flouride in the water, makes it worse. So they were pushing for people to register them early in the hopes that parents will actually take them to the dentist. But as I am a responsible parent he will see Alex sometime after he is one. And if he does get any teeth before that, to use adult toothpaste. But I think I will just take Alex along with Joe and I to our next check up, so he can have a nosey and get used to it.

Hi Weezl, lovely to hear from you, what a lovely pic of fergie, such a handsome boy!

Someone mistook El for a boy in Asda this morning, (yes she has a blue coat but it has a pattern of daffodils all over it) how very dare they!

Feely appears to have de-friended me on FB, anyone else?

The PT contract no longer exisits, however, it reads to me like they want to hide me in the system as PT by appearing to be FT. Which is all very well and good but with nothing in writing if anything goes tits up.......

Never mind, it'll sort itself I'm sure!

when i went the dentist i mentioned it and he said register her next time i come and each time i go he will pop her on the chair and show her everything just so she gets used to it and feels at ease, he said there wont be much to check for tho its just getting her used to the surroundings so its not to scary.

    i'm 25 and still scared :eek::rotfl:

my HV also mentioned using adult toothpaste rather than childrens, not enough of something or other in the childrens, will listen harder next time :o

I'm managing better than I expected actually. Kai can walk, when he chooses to:cool: Still plenty of carry's needed though:) Not sure if I am ready for number 4 or not, but just really relaxed about it all atm...still 9 wks to go yet. The main thing playing on my mind is sleeping arrangements....I think about it every day and then set my mind firmly on what I am doing, by the next day I have come over all undecided again:o
