yay for tooth!
DH's routine with fergie has been a teeny bit of low flouride toothpaste on a soft bristle brush just before bed, rubbed round on the tooth. Usually accompanied by the song 'brush a brush brush' to the tune of 'wash your dirty face' :rotfl:
thanks, have some baby toothpaste we got in a bounty bag so just need a little brush. want to get him used to having his teeth (tooth lol) brushed'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Work:
I am officially redundant at the end of the month. But have been temporarily engaged by another company to do the same role (with all the same people) for 3, possibly 6 months starting from the beginning of May.
So in theory it is good because I get a payout on the Friday and will still be doing my job on the Monday (albeit being paid by a different company). But still no job security, no resolution to the whole tender process and no motivation to 'go the extra mile'.
Walking and talking:
He was going great guns with the walking (well, basically throwing himself forward for a number of steps) then he stopped for a couple of weeks around his birthday and then the last couple of weeks you can't keep him down. He now pushes himself up to standing (bottom in the air and then stomach muscles to stand) which he gets lots of 'yays' for :T
His repertiore consists of 'Hello' 'Hiya' 'Errow' 'Bump' 'Woof-Woof' 'Splash-Splash' 'Bird' 'There' 'Mummy' 'Daddy' 'Babba' 'Nannan' and 'Day' (which we think is DSSs name)
I reckon you just do more things for Fergie than I do for Benjamin!! He had to get mobile and loud to get my attention :rotfl: I think being with bigger kids helps lots too - is he enjoying his CM?please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

hmmmn, the redundancy thing seems to have a few benefits but loses a lot of plus points.My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Work:

I'm really sorry to hear that. Your skills always seem pretty sought after when you post, so I know you'll be ok for money and work, but it must be hugely stressful to not have the definiteness. hugs for you.
Benjamin's repetoire is amazing! such a clever boy:T:T:T:T:T
hair is overrated and rapidly becomes a mullet!;)

OH has gone for a quick lunchtime nap because he took Molly at 4am so I could sleep uninterrupted for a bit. I got 5.5 hours in one go!!!
It does make me smile a bit though because he's going on about how she was "really difficult" keeping him awake snuggling in and moving around - and this is what she does every night, it's just that it normally doesn't affect him because she's snuggling into me and kicking me :rotfl: I wouldn't change it though, lack of sleep is not as important as spending the only time the baby will cuddle me* cuddling her back.
*wakey time is time for playing and exploring and not for boring stuff like sitting still and having cuddles. Mama has to sneak cuddles while moving Molly from one sort of entertainment to the next.
EA, I love that black and white dress - I'm glad you found something you liked. Vivians of Holloway are fabulous but rather expensive.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
