Oh dear Krystal.... Hope its not too complicated x
I suppose it doesn't have to be too complicated, it might mean I have to stop going to the toddler group on a Tuesday morning... I don't really want to as it's at the church I go to on a Sunday and half of the women there are friends from church who I see regularly and our older children are at school together etc... But his brothers GF has just had a baby and she used to go to the toddler group with their son before he started school so they're expecting her to start going again... Don't think she knows who I am, but she'll figure it out eventually... And I don't want him knowing what's going on in our lives... Or rearing his ugly fat head again... Although I don't know how likely that is... He hasn't been arsed about her for the last 6 years... :undecided

If you earn below the reduction threshold you get the maximum. If you earn above it then they reduce your award by 39% of what you earn over the threshold. The second adult element of WTC is for if there are two adults in the household. I think it was all explained in the original application pack I got and then I've just looked up the figures each year on the HMRC website. Your award notice should tell you which elemnts they are using for the calculation.
That makes sense, thanks Susan... I suppose I could have read the notice better, but I'm one of these who naively thinks they must have it right and just goes along with what they pay me...
How lovely it is when they go back to school after the holidays!
I find it very peacefull... But I do miss my big girl... When she's behaving herself anyway...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

If half the women there know the 'relationship' between you then she's going to find out anyway isn't she? Whether you give up your toddler group or not? Plus as you say if he hasn't been bothered for the last 6 yrs would he be bothered now? Might be better to see now rather than a few years down the line, presumably there are other places (surestart/playgyms/ultimately school) you are likely to bump into her/be thrown together.

Eloise will not nap during the day when Millie is around which I find very hard to deal with, doesn't Aimee have the same affect on Caitlyn?

What is so awesome about these meatballs? There is no Ikea in Aberdeen!!

    They are fabulous.

I do a job once a month in Ikea and the boys insist I have to buy a bag of frozen meatballs to bring home for them :D

Been talking to my Mam this morning as Charlotte is already at the stage where she is ready for nursery as she is just desperate to learn things and likes more structured play. She's not due to go until September and with a May birthday, she'll be one of the younger ones.

I'm an August baby, so I was one of the very youngest in the class, and my Mam was saying it's me all over again :rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....

2 of them know who she is and her relationship to Aimee, but she doesn't know they know me. She knows about us and roughly where I live which is how 1 of my friends found out (she was telling my friend about his family and how many grandchildren his parents have and touched upon the 1 he doesn't see, my friend put 2 and 2 together...) but she doesn't know I've married or had Caitlyn... My friends have no reason to talk to her about me so if I didn't go to the group she'd not find out... Where this group is, it is more in the area where she lives than where I live so there's no reason she'd be at any of the other groups I go to either... There's only about 6 months between Aimee and her son but our paths never crossed because I didn't used to take Aimee to the toddler group at church... (I couldn't afford the £1.50 when she was a babba lol)

Caitlyn definitely sleeps better when Aimee's not around to wake her up... But she does go down for a nap when Aimee's around... I just had to make sure Aimee was occupied with something so I could take Caitlyn upstairs to nap, otherwise she'd follow me up asking for things / playing in her room making noise...

Think the baby element of TC's take us over the threshold at the minute...
