Argh I have a terrible dilemma: I can cancel my Copenhagen hotel without charge if I do it in the next four hours, otherwise I have to pay one night cancellation fee. But there's no word yet on the conference so if I cancel and it goes ahead we have nowhere to stay, but if I don't cancel and it doesn't go ahead then I'm out money. The airport is closed until at least 7pm tonight, but after that who knows?!

Edit: I was just looking at a dress sale online and the only two dresses I liked happened to be called Molly and Matilda, both of which are names I love :D

Is it just one night SS? Is there no chance of a last minute hotel if it does go ahead?

No Krystal, it's Tuesday-Sunday and because OH and Molly travel with me it needs to have room for a baby and wifi fast enough for OH to work remotely

I'm not sure, I normally get reimbursed for travel expenses so have pre-paid, and they might be awkward about reimbursing for travel that didn't take place.

I think I'm going to wait for the 3pm update and cut it down to the wire ;)

Hope everyone has a good day and Katie's party is fab! (it is today, isn't it? Or is it tomorrow? :o) xxx

Katie is being greedy and have a party today with her friends at a soft play area then all the family are coming for a tea party tomorrow afternoon.

Her cake if fabulous, I'll do piccies later as we really need to get ready now and DH wants his hair sorting before showers.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

Sorry, just lurking and popping my head in in preparation for becoming a parent!

I don't know if it's any help but my BIL is stuck in Bucharest and has been told there's no chance of him coming home before Tues due to the major backlogs once they actually get the airports open again

hmmm, I'm not sure about inviting all of OH's cousins to Ed's Christening (we like never see them!) I've just started the invite labels and I can't even remember one of their names - is it a sign? :rotfl:
