gym a hot bath with a hot flannel over your boobs helps to ease it, gently massage the area(i know this feels impossible). other than that always feed from that side first as it helps to clear it and have something to bite on lol!
i would possibly contact HV/GP if you havent seen an improvement yet x

Thanks Caz, have tried putting a hot flannel on every time, even tried expressing while I'm in the bath in a desperate moment!! Can barely touch it at the mo it's so hard but will try bath & massage whilst crying through the pain - OH likened it to an implant it was that solid and firm, shame there's no way he's touching them while they're like this. Debating whether to go back to the Dr, as as well as the sore boobs, after I started anti biotics on Friday, Saturday I started pouring with red blood down below after it had all but stopped, rang NHS direct who told me to go to hospital but after the butchery and horror of the birth I couldn't face it I know I'm being totally stupid, will drag myself back to the GP soon...I will, I will, I will...

Lovely and sunny here, children have been in the garden all afternoon.

Can't help with the sleep issues, only have 1 child out of 3 who sleeps 12 all night in his own bed!

She seems a bit brighter! She slept most of the morning on and off, but has been awake for a while now, has had some water, and is having some beans now.

Scruff The sleeping seems to help. It's all V's done on and off since yesterday morning.

Gym.. I know it really hurts.. BUT.. could you cope with expressing just to take the edge off the fullness? They do hurt less when not fit to pop! You could also save the milk for dad to feed mini-man of an evening so you can have a nap! Is it possible you also have thrush from the AB's now? That is agonising. The nipples are usually darker pink then usual and shiny.. and the initial latching it like someone ripping you in half.. I had never felt anything like it! I bled for 6-8 weeks after all of mine.. it would ease off them start heavy again.. drove me crazy! This is gross but.. is it thin blood like..blood or is it thicker.. I found it was thicker if there was some infection there.. mine didn't smell it was just red and gloopy. It sounds to me like the mastitis hasn't gone and while your boobs are not being emptied by feeding it will just recur which is just what you don't need. Back to the quack with you.. get stronger AB's.. mention the blood loss and you can get AB's which will do both jobs.. ask about thrush too.. esp if titch has white spots in his mouth before a feed (milk disguises them after a feed) and/or a sore bum. Oh.. and take a urine sample to check for urinary tract infection as well.. we'll do the lot in one go.. saves going back!

I did start to catch up, but i gave up as my left eye keeps going blurry

We went to the beach today, and i went on a fairground ride! Last one i went on was a water ride at Thorpe park the day after i found out i was pregnant. I couldn't go on the good ones :rotfl:

Argh, for the past month i've been trying to call the church to cancel our wedding and no one answers the phone. So i went there today and was told the 'wedding lady' isn't in and to go Friday to cancel. I said it needs to be cancelled by tomorrow to get my deposit back and she gave me the ladys home number and said she is always in. Guess what?! Still no answer :rollseyes:
So im going on Friday and if they say its to late i will demand my deposit back as its not my fault they wont answer the phone.

Lily is being so funny. She is falling asleep during drinking her bottle and when OH takes the bottle out she doesn't realise and keeps her mouth open and makes a 'sucking' motion :rotfl:
