  • My baby is hard as nails! He didn't flinch at his injection and I didn't even have to give him his dummy - what a brave boy! He even waved byebye and blew kisses to the nurse! Bless him.

Currently sat outside sainsbury's waiting for the snoring babba to wake.

Hugs to poorly babies and hope Seth goes okay with his jabs today.

She likes to pick things up for him when shes out shopping and loves to tell people that 'its for my grandson'! She gets pleasure out of having things there for him and nothing at all to do with undermining me or taking over or whatever.

csh - My MIL is so the opposite of yours, its all about her and her looking great when pushing my baby in the pram and having people cooing all over him. And apparently this is more likely to happen if he is wearing white/cream than colour/denim???. I despair I really do.

Also both of my ginger boys came home from IL's yesterday with sunburnt faces.:mad::mad:
They were out all day from 10.30am until 5pm. They did not put any suncream in Joe at all and his face and neck was lovely and red . And Alex's cheeks were on fire. I was so peed off. One application of cream is not enough. And having a parasol on the buggy is fine, but its not got a UV Filter. I really think that they just do not have an understanding of how fair their skin is and how important the suncream is.

I know i am being a complete cow and they looked after them for free and it saves me money. But they just do not listen. This is why in the end when Joe was one, I swapped him to the CM full time. Because I just couldn't handle it.

Talking of problems, I did hear back from Bristol, they admitted fault on every point and apologised for every one. Thanks to all who helped, especially Glam. XXXXXXXX :T

    Excellent Tara.

Hope all poorly children and babies get better.

And hello to Beenie and Fattyboo.

Morning!! Well I managed to keep up during the night on DH IPhone, yet! Had a slightly improved nite here where t went to bed at 8 and fed at 1 and 4 and has just fed again now. is this still normal to be feeding this often, I am still breastfeeding mainly as not taking that much solids yet.

Hi aless, glad u had a better night too, have u also been up lots during the night? Thank u for the fb message btw xx
Edgar has a similar feeding pattern but he has a feed around 10pm aswell and only goes to bed at 11-12 ish :o

GISI - do you know if you can buy starbucks cds anywhere else besides instore? my local store had a lovely hawaiian cd on ages ago and I wish I'd bought it but they haven't had it since and I feel too much of a loser to ask them :o:p

Jillie - I'd love to 'do' the pyramids etc but I hate hot weather and I'm way to scared of being kidnapped to go to Egypt :p looks so good though.

Anyone want a 3yo boy? he's driving me insane!

    ((hugs)) to all poorly babes!

Is there some bug going around? Keep it away from meeeeeeeeeeee!!!

I'm well down in the dumps. Went and got my haircut, it's shorter now than I thought it would be, at least when it was a dried fizz mess, it looked like I had more hair than I actually do. Had the doctors last night and he said I have "Male pattern baldness" Awesome or what? I have major thinnage of hair and scalp, so I have a combover! I thought it was getting better for a well, it seemed thicker but maybe it's because it had gotten longer? Who knows.

Anyways it's not my haemaglobin causing it or my thyroid as those have been checked a few times before so HE thinks it could be glucose intolerance (is that like diabetes?!!) OR some hormone imbalance, he said like PCOS or something (but I concieved Keira, accidentally, on the off chance? And I ovulate every month) so I don't think it's that?

He said it could be too much or too little testerone, or something to do with estrogen or I DONT KNOW!! It's well confusing. It better be fixable though. I have to wait until Monday to get the blood tests aswell, that's ages!

My Lil princess has just been sick, full bedding and pj change. Came thru to our bed and was sick again. It would be when i just stripped all the beds and washed it all. Never mind she seems to be settling now fingers crossed there is no more. She has never been sick, sick before she was freakin out poor thing x At least her cough has gone as I think that would have made her worse.

Here too. DS1 has been ill all morning, viral I think (he has the diarrhoea with that unique pungent odour).

    I'm blaming Time Twisters.

I just feel really really dizzy.
