Hi Beanie!!!'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Morning all,
Well, it's still dry here, but no sun today.
That will teach me to rush out and buy summer stuff at the first sign of sun! I bought H a sun hat yesterday, but couldn't get one that was a nice fit - either too big or too small! Went with the "too big" one in 6-12months as I figure she will get more use out of it. Poor thing though it kept slipping down over her eyes! Also bought a summer dress and a wee romper suit.
I need to stop spending money. I have none. And I need to get used to being on SMP otherwise we will be digging into our savings a lot and I would rather not use too much of them. My problem is not being able to say no to people. For example, I haven't seen my friend for ages and she wants to meet for lunch on Thursday. I don't feel like I can say no, as I haven't seen her much. But the girl whose hen weekend I didn't make it to, she wants to meet on Friday! I really should have managed my wages better in the earlier months as I was so much better off than most of you on mat leave. Oh well, can't change it now.
Anyway skint or not, Csh - when are we meeting up? Next Tuesday? I hope K's teeth come through soon. He will have a full set of nashers by the time he is 1 at this rate! Are you still lacking sleep? H screamed in her sleep at around 12 last night but I was still up anyway, and that was her until 7 this morning so that was better than the past couple of weeks.
She has been totally hyper for the past couple of days. My parents are babysitting on Friday night, and after seeing her last night, I think my dad has been put off lol. :rotfl:
Hope El, Kai and V feel better today.
Beenie & Booboo, nice to have you both back! You were missed. x0 -

I'm not going back 'till August but need to do something before then. The money will also come in handy!
I need to empty out my fridge and freezer so we can turn it off before our new one comes tomorrow. I seriously can't be arsed though. Lucky hubby is still in bed.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Had a slightly improved nite here where t went to bed at 8 and fed at 1 and 4 and has just fed again now. is this still normal to be feeding this often, I am still breastfeeding mainly as not taking that much solids yet.
Hi aless, glad u had a better night too, have u also been up lots during the night? Thank u for the fb message btw xx
Glad to hear Toby is doing well! I know Boogelly has reported a similar feeding pattern for her Isla, so it sounds like Toby is just a hungry boy. I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped one of those feeds soon, but then again I'm no expert and he might keep it until he's eating more.
csh, yeah I definitely want to negotiate for an upgrade when our contract is up - we've only been with them a year so not quite there yet. Hope those teeth come through soon!
scruffy, I hope El feels better. I hope ALL the poorly kidlets are better soon - sounds like there's definitely an icky bug going around!

DH would be in heaven and likely bore yours to death!:rotfl: (actually, he works on Saturdays so we can do during the week as he usually takes Weds or Thurs off...) - he's also fascinated with Americans...LOL (hence me!)
Hmm just had an idea for an outing with Finn but I have tons of baking/cooking to do (and cleaning!) so not...might save it for Sunday so DH doesn't feel left out. Bit grey here right now, hopefully it burns off soon.

Morning ladies,
lots of gentle hugs for poorly little ones.
Gisi - I'd go and do the hoovering upstairs to wake your OH seem's as he woke H in the night! Isla was up at 3, 5 and 7 for a feed so I feel your pain. I'm wiped out today!
Booboo - lovely to 'see' you again. Aless is right, Isla's still constantly feeding! Every babies different so I'm hoping when we start weaning she may cut down a little but I'm not expecting miracles. I loved the piccie of you and T on FB too.
Aless - I saw your ring sling piccies on FB too, Finn looks like he's loving it! And you look really well too.
Weezl was in my dream last night! I think it's because Isla had been playing with her FP cd player toy and it sings 'pop goes the weasel'
Jillie - that holiday sounds fab!Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0
