I wonder if that woman from GMTV thinks that's "as bad as a bottle of coke" too.Chris had his last bottle of milk at 2yrs 3mths, the way I see it is it's no different from a BF baby still having at BF before bedAny question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Morning - had a pants night sleep. Took ages to drop off and then I woke for a week about 3.30am and took ages to drop back off again.
Busy day with loads of work and uni to do.
I'm into a stupid few weeks now, with two deferred exams on the 21st and 24th and a big assignment due on the 26th. Think I'll apologise now as I will probably not keep up with the thread
Good Luck becles:D Don't worry about keeping up, just pop in and rant every now and then if you need to, about how stressed/tired/positive you are feeling.
I told my dh about your dad doing the OU and about you being so close to finishing your degree and using his robe (hope you don't mind) anyway, he thinks it is fantastic too:D
I think you are an inspiration and I will be thinking of you and keeping everything crossed that you pass with flying colours:A

SJ & SS Glad you both had decent sleeps:)
I am tired, but only because I can't seem to sleep myself! I am tending to go to bed about 1.30-2am, then I am tossing and turning through the night and K gets up at 7am...so at the most I am getting 5hrs of broken, unrested sleep. I am really struggling tbh:(
Shopping is coming today between 10-12 but K goes down for his nap at 11 so if it isn't here by then dh will have to bring it in because I am going for a nap when k does.

Just trying to sort what exactly I need/want to cook today...which is far more interesting than deciding what to clean today

I like it
For my 21st my boss at the time got me 21 scratch cards (he was addicted LOL) and I won about £80
For hubby's 40th I bought him 40 scratch cards and he won £4 :rotfl::rotfl:
We were bought 100 lottery tickets for a wedding present and won...... Sweet FA!!! Would rather have had the £100!
Mel hope you get your nap later.
I'm looking forward to the meet tomorrow!
Off to shower and dress before my customer comes to collect her order!0 -
Speaking of the meet, and before I forget, Boogellyboo can I change my mind and have a look at a ring sling tomorrow pretty please? I had a dream about one last night - how random! The rings were all wrong though so I couldn't use it :rotfl:
Also Jillie did you have a taker for the size 3 nappies? I'll happily have them in exchange for cash or cupcakes if not!! Just let me know which you'd like!0 -
Haha aless, I blamed it on Weezl too;)
Have got a bit to do today, but nothing mega important or urgent so it can wait and i'll get to it if I can be bothered.......
K keeps walking on his knees everywhere, it is rather amusing, but I would prefer him to get up on his feet!!Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Very happy today
Hiya SJ - it's lovely when it happens isn't it? You made me smile this morning
We went the other way and after ages of sleeping through we had a wake in the night last night - about 2.30pm for about 10 minutes. I can't remember the last time he woke in the night (apart from on hols and even then it was once at most).
It does sound like A is not needing that 4.30am as much. You may find he drops it or a growth spurt could kick in and he might need twice as much - no way of telling with kids!!
Benjamin chatted all the way to the childminder this morning, he will say loads of words on cue 'Bump' 'Splash Splash' 'Nan' 'Nana' (as in banana) 'Dadda' 'Babba' 'Ta' but he will not say 'Mummy' when I ask him to
He says it, and he says it spontaneously when he sees me...he just won't say it when I ask him to - he keeps calling me Nan!!!! please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

Benjamin does this too! We seem to be going backwards with the whole walking thing (not walking backwards - although that would be clever
). It's not that he can't, it is that he can't be arsed!!
A few times when I have told him off for something he stands and takes a few steps as if that will make it all better *rolleyes* he is a proper man already, he will be bringing me flowers next :rotfl:please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
