Morning! Must've been the full-on day yesterday, but we had a lovely night's sleep with a well-behaved little boy that only woke up when he was supposed to :j
.
Ooooo, SJ we can say !!!!!! but not pr!ck! How silly!
Jenny, hugs for you & your DH.I hope he's feeling better this morning - that must've been scary! I've never met him, but I imagine him as big strong manly policeman type (LOL), so even scarier that he's doing things like fainting. Maybe he's not so much tired from Erin as is just feeling the strain on his patience or something similar? Maybe once she gets a wee bit older and he feels like he can play & interact with her more, it'll be easier. Hope to see you all next Sunday anyway!
Why is weather looking so crap? I seriously hope these dreary grey clouds burn off.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Glad you and Finn had a good night! Mine was pretty good too apart from waking up slightly earlier than I'd like but I suppose 6am isn't too bad.
I've been good though, I've had breakfast, fed A, put him down for a nap (he went 30 mins) and got a load of washing on, washed up and am about to start my baking for the day. Got 4 dozen cupcakes to make, split over 3 orders, and will be nice to get them finished this morning if possible then I can chill out beofre we go to Mum & Dad's for dinner (roast lamb  )0 -

Well done Aimee!
 Jenny, fainting is simply a sign that there is insufficient blood going to the head, so if he's been lying still for a while and is under the weather it's unsurprising that his BP was low - but he should still get himself checked over by a doctor, any loss of consciousness should be checked.
I'm glad you and Finn had a good night Aless
How are all the sickie babies this morning? I have a snotty nose again and feel a bit achy but I'll be a good mummy and get on with things. More householdy stuff today, kitchen organising and also the computer room.
It's ok MFD, you and I do stuff differently and that's ok too
(but they weren't nails, they were the drawing pin type only massive)
Everyone had a good night last night and I'm the first one up! Cup of tea and some toast is in order, I think.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

GRR OH is in the bad books with me this morning, we went to bed at 11pm (Elliot had a feed just before then) E woke up at 3.30 and I fed him, then E woke at 6am for a feed, so I woke OH to feed him, so he did, but he whinged the whole time, then was cursing at E cos he was crying (with wind) and I was saying to him, just hang on there its not his fault.
Then he got E to sleep but he woke up again at 7am, didnt want his dummy or food, and OH shouts from the bed "for !!!!s sake beany shut up" and I got so !!!!ed off (protective of E) that I stormed out of the room with E and his moses basket shouting at OH then slammed the door
Turns out all E wanted was a cuddle, I cuddled him for like 10 mins then he fell asleep on me so I put him back in his basket.
OH just really !!!!ed me off, yes your tired, yes its a pain in the !!! being woke in the middle of the night and yes its crap when all E does is cry, but guess what he is a baby! Thats all he can do for now! Its his only way of telling us something is wrong!

Morning all!
Glad Fin and Alfie both had good nights. We were up at 2, which isn't my favourite but there you go. I think the heating clicked in and woke him up.
No real plans today, although it might involve a roadtrip to pick up some floor tiles which our local Homebase have sold out of. I might try for a nap as o haven't managed one for months. I also want to go for a swim.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Aww (((hugs))) Kindof. When is your OH going back to work? Will he expect you to do all of the getting up in the night when he does? It probably doesn't feel like it at the time but only waking at 3.30, 6 then 7 really isn't bad at all for a 3 week old baby!0

Sorry I never got back on here yesterday. Didn't get back till after 7pm and I had to get Charlotte showered and into bed as she was tired and twisty! Then Craig's website had crashed while I was out and we had work to do getting that sorted out.
Yesterday wasn't too bad - it had it's moments but I coped. Thanks for all the kind wishes
They took all the bairns to the play park after lunch and I didn't go as I had the dogs with me and they wanted walking. I can't let them off the leads at the play park as there are too many other children there and it's close to the shops and a road, so I took them to a grassy bit where they could run safely. My Dad came with me and we had a lovely chat and I really enjoyed spending time with just him.
He still has his graduation gown and hood from his studies at the Open Uni before I was born. He said he is going to look it out for me because I want to wear it when I graduate. My Grandma (his Mam) bought it for him and insisted he had to keep it as he was the first person in the family to get a degree and she was so proud - everyone knew about itBe nice wearing something with history rather than just hiring one.
Here I go again on my own....0
