Have fun, I'm off for a walk over to see the ducks, don't tell the loonies I'll probably feed them some bread  then obviously when I don't got back next week they'll die because they'll have forgotten how to fend for themselves!0

I'm away to cook dinner (lob it in the slow cooker at any rate) and then nipping out to get Keira some handcuffs (don't ask, she wants to be a policeman)
Em that picture is great. Such manly colours too
Yeah SS, I saw that. Not being funny but If a dog was untrained I'd not be putting my baby around it either, I'd be demanding it was locked outside lol. But then I'm a big meanie0 -
I looked at mine online SS
It is called a sleeveIt's this one http://www.ebuyer.com/product/160403
they do it bigger if you need, I love it coz it's girly but not silly princess pink0 -
That's very cute Sami. I got a plain black one though cause I thought the purple would clash with my red laptop
Most of my list is done, and I have lost a kilogram! (these things are probably not related)Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Lo all, only just saw your hellos as have been dipping in and out of thread playing gradual catch-upJ loves it when OH has a hairy face - he spends ages just stroking it and laughing. :rotfl:
For the last year Elijah has really loved my beardfirst thing in the morning when I get him up, he just likes to be carried around while he fondles it! And at random other times if he gets near my face he nearly always gently strokes it (while cackling).

Leave him to his parenting style - he is her parent as much as you are.
Very true but I think the two main concerns would be a) is he "being a parent" or is he being selfish and avoiding some hassle, and b) inconsistency between mummy and daddy parenting styles could be quite a pain, no? It's fine to have different opinions but when both raising the same child you should probably agree about how your united front will handle various situations like bad sleeping.
But anyway! SS has made up with OH and all is well in the state of Germany.
We had a nice time yesterday on Hampstead Heath, against all odds it didn't actually rain on us although it was increeeedibly muddy. Elijah's first experience really coming home all covered in mud. Will post some pics later if FB's photo uploader ever starts working.
Last night he was tottering around at the end of his endurance - I said "awww are you very knackered little one?". He stopped what he was doing and turned to face me and said "Nack Err. Nack Errd." then cuddled me
This morning OH and E went to an Easter Sunday church service that was apparently very nice and also child-friendly, while I ironed 7 shirts and rearranged my closet and such. Nad luck to those who were planning to go and couldn't make it, and get well soon for the variously unwell littlies
Now I have a shoulder of lamb slow-roasting in the oven and I am trying to upload some pictures from yesterday.
Becles, Sami is absolutely right and you are quite amazing. Anyone who is not impressed by the amount of different things you are dealing with every single day is an idiot, and you can feel superior to them on that basis.0 -
cant wait to see the pics Bruno sounds like you had lots of fun
roast lamb sounds good! we are having lasagne as i forgot to take the roast out last night lol! oh well kids are off so they will not realiseWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
