It's supposed to predict whether you'll have a boy or a girl based on how old you were and what month you conceived. I'm 27 and conceived on holiday in Goa in March (hence we call the bump India - Goa would have been a bit cruel!)
Will confirm for sure next week!
Congrats from me too MichelleBe warned though, your signature says you're having another baby in 8 days time

Sorry you had a hard time of it Michelle....but it sounds like it was all worth it in the end.
That chart is also wrong for me. Says it should be a boy....but I've been told its a girl. At least I hope its wrong as OH has promised to kill me if its a boy. He's looking forward to having a little girl to cuddle and dote on. Bless him.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Congrats Michelle on the safe arrival of little Charlie.
27 hours - well done you!
Take a look at the link in the post above yours and tell us if the chart's accurate.
Also, bust a myth for me. I've suffered with awful heartburn and a couple of people have said this is meant to mean the baby has lots of dark hair. Did you suffer? I'm fair, but Daddy-to-be is very dark (well, was before he met me!!)MSE Parent Club Member #1Yummy slummy mummy club member50% slummy, 50% mummy, 100% proudImogen born Boxing Day 2006Alex born 13 July 20090 -

Little distraction for you this afternoon. Take a look at the chart on this link

Please feedback about the chart, not sure how it's been compiled but it's pretty interesting!
For my 1st born the chart is correct. It's too early to know the sex of the baby I'm carrying now but I'm hoping the chart is wrong as it predicts I'm having another boy.0 -
Congratulations Michelle!
I'm so pleased for you. I can't wait to hold my little bundle of joy.0 -

Congratulations Michelle, sounds like an ordeal but you've both come through the other end and doing well now.
The chart predicts a boy for me,which is what we've been told. I don't see how this can be correct though, its the sperm which dictate the sex not a chart. But hey, as the OP said its just a bit of fun!
Still doesn't stop you from looking though does it.......?0 -

We'd really like a girl, no reason. Although we'll be perfectly happy with a healthy anything!
Anyone got their little bundle of joy and can comment on its accuracy?
I'm on the countdown now. Just 4 weeks left in the office (I freelance Thurs/Fri which is what I'm doing today). I want to work up until 2 weeks before my date, for money reasons as I don't get maternity pay from my freelance work. I'll be doing this from home though and perhaps just 3/4 days a week. If it's too much, I'll stop.
I'm planning on the baby being late - due date is 22 December, so would quite like to have one last Xmas day just the two of us. I'll let you know if I start to feel different once I get to the beached whale stage!!

It was accurate for both of mine so far!!!!!!!

I had hardly any heartburn with my first, and she was bald till she was 14 months!!!!! I had loads with my 2nd, and she had a mop of black hair!!! It all fell out eventually though and she now has dark blonde hair.
Congrats Michelle!!!!!!

I've never suffered from heartburn...but both my boys had a head full of hair!!! Even the midwives commented that I must have suffered with a lot of heartburn! No heartburn this pregnancy either...will have to wait and see!!;)20p Saver Club #33 60p/£100
