Just updated my details on the list, Elise was born on Tuesday morning by CS, 5lb 13.5oz and we came home on Thursday afternoon. She's just watching television with her dad right now! I feeling abit tired today as she fed lots last night and I am still abit sore as this was my fourth section.

I thought you had to stay in longer than 2 days if you have a c-section? I was surprised to hear you're home so soon. I'd rather be home than in hospital though!

Yes, bit surprised too! With my previous sections I stayed in between 4 and 6 days. My 4 day stay I discharged myself early because baby was in SCBU. This was my 4th section and it took me longer to get up and about due to problems with the spinal and having drains in so I only got out of bed Wednesday afternoon yet was ready for discharge on Thursday 7am just had to wait all day to see Paeds for baby's discharge! Haven't yet had visit from midwife at home which is abit odd too? With my other children I saw the community midwife on the same day I arrived home.

Mind you rather be at home than in hospital!
