You also need your FW8 form from your midwife which you then send off to the prescriptions service and they send you a card for free prescriptions for throughout the pregnancy until 12 months after your babies due date.

I had my dating scan yesterday and am booked (privately) for a nucal (sp?) and bloods) on Monday. It was sooooooo surreal seeing baby inside me I can tell you! He/she was jumping about like they were on a trampoline and punching and kicking as if they were training for a kick boxing competition. I have no bump to speak of as yet but am trawling ebay for maternity wear and hoping to get lots of baby items second hand as money is somewhat tight.

We have bought a lot of baby items on car boot sales. Most are virtually brand new as they don't stay in them for very long and really cheap ie 20p for bibs/vests, 50p for sleepsuits etc. Have also seen packs of 7 sleepsuits in tesco's and m&s for around £7

Do you realise that we will all be bidding against each other on Ebay for the newborn bundles etc!!!!

Although in my case its FAR to early to do that!!

Just to let you know that with my first I was sent home from work not well couldn't really explain it, just felt as if I was going to pass out.I went and brought double clear blue tests and did it as soon as got home it came out neg. A week later my period still had not arrived figured I would do test to see and then make app with doc as my mum had lots of trouble b4 having me, It came out poss. When I went for scan I was preg when I took first test . Second son exactly the same took one test came out neg, took another a few days later came out poss. My sis also did the same as she took one test,came out neg. So when she found pout she was preg,she told me she couldn't be much further tha when she took 2nd test as 1st came out neg, I told her not to believe everything they say about theses tests on tv ( tells you as soon a s period due?).Hope this helps and good luck to all ttc.

hi and thankyou, i do hope this is the case with me but i dont know..im not on yet, one day late but dont feel like im coming on if you know what i mean but time will tell. im gonna do next test sunday morning

Its hard to wait isnt......

I did the cheapie 2 tests from savers in april and that was BPN but I was pregnant. I then did Boots own brand and I got a BFP :j

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you
