Oh I am glad that I will be getting something else, as I was quite disappointed with the Emma's Diary one.
Ooh, understatement! I had to take a special drive to my far away nearest LLoys pharmacy. What a waste of time that was.
As to the Bounty packs, no Asda near me, so got mum to get it from hers. She's been trying for weeks and is apparently getting to be good friends with the lady at the customer service counter . None in stock EVER.
How do you get all these freebies? I've signed up with EVERYONE on the net. So far I have a little cow, two weaning spoons and possibly lots of vouchers. All I want is the tiny sudocrem!:wall:0 -
Okay. Last night I felt that butterflies sensation in the bath and again in bed. I'm assuming it was the baby, as I was definitely not hungry (greedy fatso). It's very early at 17 weeks with first baby, but hey.
Then later I got woken up by a very sharp pain in my side, which didn't ease on changing position. I racked my brain as to what it could be, as there are no organs there to hurt. Then I realised nothing inside me is in its usual position and it could've been anything at all! This pregnancy is getting interesting.
And BTW, thank you to all who responded to my spd fears. I am all better, so it was just overdoing it at the weekend. Which is weird, 'cause I was sure I wasn't working that hard at all... Must really watch myself next time.
Nadnad, all sounds perfectly normal... only another month to the next trimester...:o. I hope you get your infections under control soon. Your immune system has totally gone on holiday hasn't it? It sounds like your natural flora is all gone, replace!:wall:0 -

The list of freebies in my previous post were the contents of the Bounty pack I received last night! (nothing like the poxy Emma's Diary :rotfl: ).
I think I have the same cow and spoons as you too. Have you joined the Boots Parenting Club?

The dinkiest pot of Sudocrem you ever did see! (15g)What on earth is Tick Tock??
The Sudocrem is tiny, but from experience, it will last a while. You only need the tiniest amount, otherwise baby's bum, clothes, your hands and clothes will be white and smell of lavender for the rest of the day. :rotfl: It's a handy size for the changing bag anyway! :T
(I've still got a big pot of Sudocrem from DS - it's best before 2009 or something! I've used about 1/3, and am expecting it to last this one for the whole nappy wearing 2-3 years :rotfl: )0 -
I didn't get teabags in my Bounty pack...
What on earth is Tick Tock??
(...goes to check the tiny box of tea...)
Tick Tock - tea for any time!
Enjoy the clear fresh taste of original Rooibos tea (honestly, I'm not making this up :rotfl: )
Naturally caffeine free
Rich in antioxidants
Low tannin
Allows restful sleep

I don't have a voucher for the Emma's Diary one - doesn't sound like I'm missing anything so I won't feel too hurt
Nadnad I can sympathise, I've been suffering with cystitis on and off and it's hellish. Also got food poisoning a couple of weeks ago, suffered VERY bad vomiting, couldn't keep anything down even water at one point. Spent a week in bed feeling pathetic for being off work. I'm 16 weeks and still tired all the time. And now my emotions are all over the place, the silliest thing makes me cry buckets - I'm taking everything very personally
Oh and i have the little cow too0 -

Regarding the Emma's Diary pack, I posted a while ago about it - the only good thing in mine was a sun hat (toddler size). The rest was rubbish - no vouchers (my favourite).

SeptemberBaby - I have lots of paperwork from Boots, vouchers for lots of freebies and pennies off, valid forever, so haven't claimed them yet. One I do know is for a Huggies changing bag when you buy huggies nappies - need to redeem that one by end of may.
Dormouse - you were lucky with the hat!:wall:0
