I went to get my Bounty pack today (yes I know I have another 6 months, but I am impatient and also needed cheering up :j)

For those of you who haven't got yours yet, definitely get it from Asda (not Boots or Mothercare), as you get extra money-off coupons from Asda! :D

Here's the useful stuff I had in mine (loads of leaflets etc as well, of course):

£5 George Baby voucher (no minimum spend) :T

3x £1 vouchers off various things at Asda (nappies etc) - vouchers will probably work at Tesco as well and don't actually even say Asda on them ;)

1 Pampers size 1 nappy (forgotten how tiny they are, aww :))

travel pack of 15 Pampers wipes

    £1 off Pampers voucher

pack of yoghurt-coated raisins (DS loves these)

    2 Fairy washing tablets

tiny pot of Sudocrem (handy when out and about)

Ovaltine sample and 20p off coupon

Avent breastpads (2 - will last me all of 5 seconds :o)

2 Avent sachets (talc and shower gel)

DVDs and CDs: breastfeeding, music for your baby and something else about babies

So all in all, not too bad for a freebie. :) I was trying to remember what I got 4 years ago when I had DS, it was vaguely the same but as I wasn't an MSEr then, I wouldn't have been as excited about all the vouchers. :rotfl:
  • Don't forget there is also a second voucher for a mum to be pack in Emma's Diary - this is one to be redemed at Lloyds. Not quite as good as the Bounty one but a freeby is a freeby in my book!

    Best wishes

I got my Bounty-mum-to-be pack from mw. Do they still give out the pregnancy packs now? Because the mtb pack doesn't have the Bounty book in it.

I would, honest, I would...I've tried two different Asda stores and both had run out of Bounty packs. :( The problem is that neither are particularly 'local' to me and they aren't even in areas that I would go to for another reason, so I need to make a special trip to Asda - just to be told that they are out of stock!

These Bounty packs you speak of ... odo they do them in Scotland? Only I'd never heard of them until coming here!
  • Hey eels yes they do, your midwife should give you a pack at your booking in appointment with avoucher to redeem to get one. If he/she doesnt you can get a voucher from bounty.com for one and also sign up to emmasdiary.com for the Lloyds one. x
