I've just taken delivery of a TENS machine from a company called Natures Gate. I've got 6 weeks hire for £26 - and that's the deluxe version. :money:

Haven't tried it yet and no idea whether it will work for me, but if you were thinking of getting one the price is very good.

Nope, nothing here either! :mad: And everyone's been saying that it looks like it's another boy (because I'm carrying it all out front apparently, and that fits in with how I carried the two other boys), so mine is obviously too comfy to move too. Got my induction booked yesterday - tuesday next week, 12/12 at 830 am. Only problem is, that's the day of ES's christmas play:mad: , and this year he actually has a line. He was in tears when I said I wasn't going to be there for Decorations Day, so goodness knows what that will be like:eek:

I'll just have to wait and see, and if it's another boy, then I won't have to worry about picking a girl's name... So far we have only managed to pick a boy's name, so fingers crossed...

Maow425 - have you thought about having some reflexology? I know a few people who swear it helped them into a natural labour sooner rather than later. Look for someone who specialises in maternity reflexology on the Association of Reflexologists website - https://www.aor.org.uk

I've been having monthly sessions since I was 20 weeks - it's also meant to help with a quicker, easier labour. It's my one pregnancy indulgence and I figured even if it's no help (and how will I know?!) I will have had one relaxing hour a month just for me!

Might be a better (if less controlable) option than an induction or C section

Just changed my avatar as I had some lovely pics taken by a friend this weekend. I've been lucky and have a neat bump, so wanted to document this. I've used my favourite one and will swap for a newborn pic when jnr arrives.
