    Hi Niddy,

    Thanks for sharing your experiences with us all.

    I, probably among many others, am glad that you find it hard to walk away! Plus, I have to confess to being one of the "newbies" who asks a lot of questions. But I do think you realise how grateful I am for all your help!

    My thoughts exactly. :o:o :beer::beer:

    Blimey, you lot write a lot in 24 hours..:eek: Just got in from work and its taking ages to read all the posts, :rotfl::rotfl:

    I think you may be right about that one! Avoiding things which need doing - garden, house tidying, etc. ....

    Postie came about 5 minutes ago - nothing to report there, just a few reminders, one from my "friends" from M&S. Who, incidentally, wrote to me over 5 weeks ago, after receiving the "signature refusal" letter to say that they would be sending my CCA under separate cover. No sign of it yet, though! (Hope it meas they can't find it!)

    If you do want to at least check out unenforcability, check out never-in-doubts thread on here - I don't know how to put a link in for you but if you go to the forums, to debt free wannabe, and his thread 'unenforability & template letters III' is always on page one so have a read through.

    I have just started reading from the beginning (something i've not actually done before LOL) and noticed it took to post #114 before anyone suggested visiting my thread - and then, and then - Ann didn't even pick up on the hint!

    Bloody charmin, that's all I can say!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    I must say though, without being critical some people gave some right old dodgy advice - I mean at pensionable age reading about getting a new job in supermarkets, lodgers, cutting out sky etc - come on, you'd never clear £150k if you earned £50k a year - let alone a supermarket wage!!

    I shudder to think where you'd be right now if you'd not considered going unenforceable - I really do! Although some people give great advice, they all seemed to miss one little fact - your age vs your debts!

    Anyway, i'll shurrup now but just thought i'd comment on how much you've grown (in both confidence and yourself) since your original 30 posts; to date :T
