Not really sure when that appeared!

You would have got that when you hit 750 posts Ann so it must have been there a while - I am suprised that SW did not notice another Sheriff joining the force :rotfl:

Hi Ann hope the postie bring some good news for you. Sorry been a bit lapsed with the posting lately but i do lurk and read. A warm welcome to the new peeps on the thread too. I loved the Humpty Dumpty joke, but i have a warped sense of humour though.:D
SW hope you are taking care of yourself now. When you just cant eat what you want with Diabetes or have to eat when you dont want too to keep bloods right . It must be really hard and a real pain.

    Hi Jinny,

No sign of the postie yet! But that is quite normal - it was nearly 4 before he turned up yesterday. Of course, it may be that is absolutely nothing for me today - which is quite rare at the moment!

Thats really late Ann, our post comes about 9:30am used to be 7:00am. There are lots of new houses been built here so maybe thats why. Used to be handy to get post before i went to work.

I am sure we are all broad-minded on here, Jinny!

Actually, I remember something similar "doing the rounds" 4 years ago when I was at work. Think it was one of those "round robin" emails which you are not supposed to send but everyone does and it was a bit longer, but had the same punch-line as yours! I am someone will be circulating it again before long.

    Well Jinny,

I have been noticing the time more lately - can't think why! - and, of course, when I was working I didn't really know what time it did arrive. Don't think I am totally responsible for the delay although I must be making the postie's sack a lot heavier!

And still no sign of him ....
